I am trying to export the order details and I need the orders’ map coordinate with it. I cant seem to find the metadata for the longitude and latitude of the customer’s location. Where can I find the the metadata of the longtitudeand latitude of the orders so I can export them

kindly could I link my outlets with the customer location se when he enter his location the nearest outlets appears to him?

I have all enabled. API key in teh settings, Maps API enabled.

The maps load perfectly, but when the user inputs the address, the map does not update.

I’m trying to setup your SG location checkout plugin for a client before I can recommend to them to buy the premium version.

I’ve setup the google maps java api too.

Somehow the map doesn’t even appear on the checkout page, although I have an location (text field) appearing.

Thanks for the plugin.

In my experiments I notice that the location is rounded to 5 decimal places.
I suppose it depends on the density of the delivery locations. In our case, another 1 or 2 decimal places would help (based on quite a few trials that I have done).

Would also be nice to have Satellite View possibility in selection. At least on the lab site that I have set up there is no such option. Again I suppose it depends on location/country and how well Google has mapped the roads to Satellite.

Otherwise, does what is says on the box and currently happy with it.

The map for billing is shown in the middle of “email” and “create a password” in checkout for users not logged in, causing some customers to not find the “create a password” field easily. How can I decrease the map priority (or increase the “create a password” field’s priority)?

How can the plugin be disabled when the product is virtual? For this particular case is there some kind of snippet that can work? It has no logic that the map appears if the product is not physical, it should be something by default.

Previously, I had problems with the correct functioning of the plugin when using various apis and plugins with google maps. But we have solved that with another plugin called Asset Cleanup Pro, which allows activating and deactivating plugins on different pages. In case you want to tell the many plugin users that they have had this problem and you simply have not been able to solve it in an adequate way and they even ignore us.

ISSUE:

I have multiples Google APIs on my site: https://trois.land/
Selling Location : Panamá (only)

WHY?
Mainly for a better experience on the checkout page. Panamá (country) doesn’t have an efficient postal service. Maps, autosuggest from Google and a combination of specific plugin solutions create more confidence with our customers.

Obviously, we have problems with multiple google API and when SG plugin is active on the checkout page, It seems to work correctly, but if you put a new address the map does not update or sometimes the marker remains in another country.

I guess it has to do with the main problem of multiple APIs.

We need a custom solution to fix it and all plugins work together and fine!

Is it possible that you guys can do that extra work?

In Google, we have a business account and our APIs with a billing account active. But I’m not sure if all the setup is ok, because how each plugin has a specific API.

Additionally to SG plugin I’m using the following plugins:

1 – WooCommerce Thank You Page – NextMove for change after purchase page. It adds a map with customer location on this page.

2- WooCommerce Distance Rate Shipping Calculate shipping cost with a distance rule.
3- WooCommerce Delivery Area Pro This plugin has a lot of features. But actually it does Autosuggest Address when customers start to write on the address_1 field.

It does not use a google API, but it does allow hiding unnecessary fields on the checkout page for our checkout process. Like City, PO BOX, etc.

4 – CM Strava BuddyPress Integration Addon

Additionally, we have an extra plugin for social purposes that works with Buddyboss (Buddypress) + Strava API + Google Map API. This plugin allows users to share Strava activities in their timelines and social groups.
