We have Avatax and need to stick with them as our tax management system for now at least. The Sezzle plugin is not calculating and carrying over tax to the sezzle order not showing on the order in woocommerce.

I have talked to two people at sezzle about this and they have both stated that they do not determine whether an order is authed or captured at woocommerce and cannot manually override it on their platform. All of that has to be done in woocommerce, but there are no options or settings to do this.

Does this mean this order was not approved or how to we override / capture the payment? (see screencap)

We’ve been having issues with our theme (The7 Theme) breaking when the Sezzle plugin is active. The issue started a while ago, I”m not sure if it was when, maybe when I did plugin update?

The issue is that I cannot edit in the theme editing mode. It shows a blank text editing window. Both visual and text editing are affected.

I’ve turned off the Sezzle plugin and the editing works fine. We would like to use the Sezzle plugin but the issue is causing problems. Are you aware of this issue?

I’m using Sezzle on a client eCommerce site that is using Woodmart theme which has a custom single product page built with Elementor.

The Sezzle widget is not showing on the page. Is there a hook or class I should add to get it to show up?

Also, on checkout it only shows the Sezzle payment pay with the installment once you click, is this correct? The Sezzle settings page show this but nothing for Sezzle is displayed in these sections:

• Order Total Container Class Name (e.g. ) class=”woocommerce-Price-amount amount”
• Order Total Container Parent Class Name (e.g. ) class=”order-total”

It would be amazing if it were possible to see the Sezzle fee from within the WordPress dashboard when viewing an order. For example when using Stripe I get this:

but within Sezzle’s dashboard it tells me the fee was $79.29

We’d like this to be accessible in the same way for both for a more streamlined processes when reporting this as a business expense.

The plugin has recently started causing issues with the product variation editing in the Gutenberg product editor. Installment-widget.js is likely responsible for this problem. Since this script isn’t necessary within the product editor, please implement conditions to execute the scripts only where they are needed.

Cannot enable sandbox mode in the plugin. Have the private and public keys inputted and am able to save the changes with it set to Live. But if I try to set it to Sandbox mode and save the changes I get a fatal error.

the price widget on product pages has stopped loading on variable products since 5.0 was introduced. it loads on the first variable but when switching to a different color/size, etc… it doesn’t load anymore. no issues before 5.0 please fix. thanks

I am unable to issue refunds through WooCommerce to Sezzle. This started today. I disabled all plugins and themes for kicks and it still doesn’t work.

Hello, I’ve been unable to have Sezzle appear with split payment options on the product pages or as a payment gateway at checkout. On the checkout page having the Sezzle plugin enabled causes other payment gateways to not collect payment info. When I disbale Sezzle the other payment gateway works. When I disable Elementor, Sezzle does appear on the product pages, though I’d have to rebuild my site. My theme is twenty-twenty-one, which is working when Elementor is disabled. I’m wondering if there is a site-wide code or an HTML code I can add into the wordpress theme or Elementor builders to help overcome this. my site is ontarioagra.ca.

Our site has Square, Sezzle, WooPayments, and Splitit – and everything has been fine. Its pretty basic woocommerce site. 4 days ago, the credit card slots disappeared, and if you clicked place order the page would just refresh.
The site is fully update, wordpress and all plugins. The only plugin causing the issue was Sezzle. We love plugin, any idea when it will be fixed?

Our team is trying to understand the nature of these timed-out transactions coming through as Cancelled orders in Woocommerce.

In what instances would these messages occur? Customers on our checkout page keep reporting an error message. When we refer to the transaction details, it states the Sezzle Transaction ID, with the Order notes message:

Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.

Looks like there was no order for the order key returned to the callback, but I do see the order from that time and it was successfully marked as paid.

I’ve tried adding the php code (to the child theme “functions.php”) mentioned in this link below:

It doesn’t appear to work. And, there is no option within the Sezzle plugin itself to turn OFF roles (- which seems like it should be a given).

And Sezzle basically makes itself a DEFAULT payment option for ALL users.
We have WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS. So, we can’t allow Sezzle on those user accounts.

Is there any merchant help for this issue?
Appreciate any guidance from dev at Sezzle.

Hello, is there a way to display the single product Sezzle widget (“or 4 interest-free payments of XX.XX with Sezzle”) and the modal iframe in French? The local of our website is fr_CA and the elements mentioned above are displaying in English.

I’ve looked at the plugin files and these elements are added to the DOM after load (JS) so there is no way to translate the strings with a .po / .mo file .

Is the language of the widget and modal based on the website local, browser current language or something else?

Strangely, the checkout widget was half french half english but I managed to add the missing string translations for that element.

On Checkout Sezzle shows the price divided into 4 parts, but this is the price of the products themselves, excluding shipping.
How can i change it ? I would like the price shown with shipping.
