I have Service Box Pro (Service Showcase Pro) v5.0. I would like to update the colours but the options for Service Box Color Settings, Service Box Font Family & Size Settings, and Service Box Layout, Style & Link Settings show their arrows pointing down but there is nothing there. When I hover the cursor changes to a hand that appears to be a link but nothing happens.

]]>When I copy a working website to a staging URL, the content of the service boxes does not display. It is not in the source code of the displayed page. The <style></style> section is there, but none of the content.
‘All Service Box’ shows all of my service boxes, with shortcode numbers, but if I try to edit one, it is empty; there are no individual items in it.
If I re-enter information and save, the newly-entered information displays fine, and is then shown in the source code.
The database for the staging site is simply that exported from the working site with changed URLs. The correct content from all the copied service boxes appears in _postmeta tables as wpsm_servicebox_data. (not in _posts, where I would have expected it to be).
This situation applies also to Team Builder plugin.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
]]>I purchased your plugin Service Showcase Pro on Envato, but I can not customize the service settings. Tabs on the right side with additional settings are not opening. I also discovered that it collides with menu which is also not opening when your plugin is active. I am using HEAP theme. I turned all other plugins off and your plugin still makes problems.
Could you inform me what should I do and where is the problem? The free demo version was working well, but PRO version is really bad. It seems that PRO version is not updated for a very long time. I wrote few emails to your suppor?, but no answer. Still waiting for your reply and help.

I should add that the half of the page where the boxes are edited does not load correctly.

]]>I’ve resently upgraded my website to WordPress version 5.6.1 and realised that the Fontawesome icon picker doesn’t work anymore.
After doing some further research I realised it has to do with the fact that WordPress upgraded their jQuery version to 3.5.1, and the Bootstrap version used in Service Box needs jQuery below version 3.
Uncaught Error: Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery version 1.9.1 or higher, but lower than version 3

i have tested your demo-version and create many service boxes with shortcode. i like your plugin, so now today i have buy it… hurrayyy!
After Pay, i download/zip this and load the folder via ftp in my plugins, activate it…
But, oh no… must i everything create new in the pro version? is there no way copy or export/import my “old content”.
