I don’t use Yoast but I know it enough to recognize it. This is SEO by Yoast.
Have you uploaded the wrong file?
The upload directory doesn’t match the plugin name. Plugin name is Super SEO. I can see this is not a mistake because the functions are all named after seo-rotator-for-images.
The files in the package are named the same as they are in Yoast:
