I’m changing Access-Control-Allow-Origin to * but when I reload the page it goes back to null in the panel itself

I use OpenLitespeed as a webserver.

If I want to create a website or write an article, the font is very small. The article or page is then displayed correctly. Small print is only used when creating an article/page or when editing.
If I deactivate the “Sentinel Headers Unlimited Extension” plugin, everything is fine.
