there is 500 error on updating the course when the group is connected with the course.
When I deactivated bbpress the error does not appear. When there is no group associated with the course, also problem is not there.

We were enjoying the plugin until recently when the course descriptions on Buddypress profile pages (active courses) started showing a random list of member private messages instead of the course description/overview.
Please can you advise why this is happening?
]]>I’ve installed the BuddyPress for Sensei with the Learn theme(demo.vegatheme.com/learn/) and seems to have some conflicts because the “Contact Course teacher” dissapears everytime I activated the BuddyPress for Sensei plugin.. The Course Discussion it’s ok but the Contact Course teacher dissapears.

Why when someone clicks on contact teacher button when they are one a quiz they are not being redirected to buddypress profile contact form ?
]]>After installing this plugin, I’m suddenly unable to do a number of things in the WP admin. I can’t search plugins, can’t add items to menus… it seems anything that is AJAX-related where I would normally get the spinning activity indicator… it just keeps spinning. Console is showing a 500 internal server error on /wp-admin/includes/update.php on line 519 for some reason. As soon as I deactivate the plugin it goes back to normal. Any ideas? Your help is very much appreciated.

]]>My problem is about messaging system. System is not consistent across platform.
I will describe problem base on photos I have sent in an order.
1. Here is a Quiz page with blue Contact with teacher button
2. Once clicked window appears and lets user create a message.
3. I get an email with an link to see the message at the botoom
4. I am redirected to some strange page with this message only, where I can just comment on this.
5. I have a buddypress so I would like it to be connected with their profiles. I am using buddypress for sensei. If I click Contact with teacher on lesson page I am redirected to my profile with the ability to construct a message to him. I would like the same thing happening on a Quiz page.

I will explain my problem step by step. “Contact Teacher Button” is visible on Course Page, Lesson Page and Quiz Page.
Button on Lesson Page redirects user to their Buddypress Profile to compose a message to a teacher, and that is what I want.
Buttons on quiz page don’t do that, they create a conversation on some as I described it ” Strange Page” with commenting opitons. I wan’t it to do the same as on the lesson page – redirecting user to their buddypress profile.

]]>First of all I’d like to thank you for this great plugin.
Next, I’d like to point out a few glitches I’ve observed while using it.
The course images are not getting displayed CORRECTLY. Stressing that they ARE getting displayed but NOT CORRECTLY. Meaning they are displayed out of the intended markup.
Reason for this is the incorrect usage of the function course_image
In file bp-sensei-functions.php at line number 262, lies this code:
$active_html .= $woothemes_sensei->post_types->course->course_image( absint( $course_item->ID ) );
In this call, the parameter “return” is not passed, so the image is being displayed (and out of the intended markup), instead of being returned.
The problem is compounded when there are multiple courses and hence multiple images.
Same thing is at the line no. 470 .
Another glitch is that there is no space in text in the Course Progress.
For example:
31 Lessonsin XYZ0 of 31 lessons completed
Note that there is no space between Lessons and in
Similar no space between XYZ and 0
Relevant code is in line 286 to 291 of bp-sensei-functions.php
Is there a way to override this?

]]>I’m not sure this even falls within the scope of what your plugin is meant to do, but I mention it just in case.
When using the widget Sensei Course Participants, the participants names doesn’t get linked to their Buddypress profiles, but to another profile that might be Sensei’s default profile.
Those links should be like:
https://example.com/members/peter/
but instead they are:
https://example.com/learner/peter/
Is there any solution to this, or should I fork their widget on GitHub and try to hack my own version of it?

Please is there any easy way to avoid the linking to course step when creating groups? The groups are created manually for each of the courses so I do not want users to create other groups to our courses.

At 4:16 – It seems like the “Send to” field is filled in automatically with the teacher’s name. If that is what’s happening, then it is unclear how to enable that. Every time I try, the “Send to” field remains empty.

The members page gets two extra tabs, “Teachers” and “Students”.
While the Student tab correctly show the right number of students, the Teachers tab shows none. Zero.
I’ve double checked so the role is set correctly in the Users section.

I have a course in Sensei for which I want to create several BuddyPress groups.
The course is delivered as lectures to 80 people, then I have 10 tutorial groups of 8 people.
I want all 80 to view the course, but only each group of 8 within each BuddyPress group.
I can only seem to add one BuddyPress group to a course.
Is there any way I can add several BuddyPress groups to one course?
I can’t be the only person who wants that?
