My emails have stopped forwarding and no one responds to emails or anything? What’s going on here? Is anyone else having issues?
]]>Something has changed, however we have not changed it.
Suddenly, uploaded attachments are not being forwarded to us via email. In the past, a client would complete a Caldera Form, then in that form upload a copy of a document (PDF) from their machine. Upon a submit, it sent them a “thanks” email and sent us a copy of the uploaded document. Now, we get the usual email we would receive, however the attachment is not sent to our email address.
When I log into WordPress and look at the form data, the uploaded file is there. Caldera Forms has a “Resend” function, which usually resends the email, along with the attachment (when I have debugged in the past). However, now it only resends the orignal email, not the attachment. In the past month, something has changed which prevents the uploaded file being attached to the email to our staff. We haven’t changed anything. I mean…nothing!
This is a MASSIVE issue for our business. Files being sent are PDF’s, less than 1MB in most cases. Would you be able to assist, please?
[PS. We have always had sendwp enabled – nothing changed there which wasn’t working perfectly a month ago.]

]]>I get a “server 500” error when attempting to access my connected website’s logs.
Interestingly, I also had trouble logging into the dashboard this morning (it said there was no account with my email, which isn’t true).
You are billing me for a service that I am not using, I have not had service with you in over a year and you are still billing my card, I need for it to be cancel and refund my money back to my card.
Check your logs and see there has been no activity on this account. I disconnect and cancel the account and still being charged.

I just logged into this site and see this message: “The SendWP plugin is installed, but the service is currently disabled or disconnected on this site.” What the heck?! When I attempt to “connect” there is utterly no guidance. I’m assuming that somehow this message is incorrect, but, since I pay for this service every month, I would like to confirm that.

]]>I was testing a number of email support plugins and must have tried this one. I don’t remember subscribing to anything but am now receiving a monthly $9 charge. Plugin has long ago been uninstalled.

]]>Last month I saw automatic deduction from my account of $9 from sendwp. I earlier complained about not getting what I wanted from the plugin. I could have uninstalled the plugin before the last deduction was made,but i forgot. After the last deduction, I immediately uninstalled the plugin. I am using SendWP to send all email receipts and notifications from purchases via EDD.
On Thursday I received an email notification from PayPal confirming an EDD sale. I also received a New User Registration notification email from EDD (I think via SendWP?).
Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any New Digital Sale notification / receipt email until yesterday and the customer did not receive their Purchase Receipt email with the download links until yesterday either (5 days later).
Do you think the emails somehow ‘got stuck’ in the SendWP queue? Is there anything to be done that can ensure emails triggered by EDD are sent immediately?

]]>Can you tell me the difference between SendWP and Ninja Mail? I have the latter but am still seeing delivery issues with Ninja Form notifications – is SendWP a superior solution and if so, how? BTW the marketing approach seems very muddy, there are no clear explanations anywhere.
]]>We’re currently on Mail Bank Business Edition. That uses our internal SMTP servers.
I don’t think my network team is up to the job of getting all the configuration setup so we have a lot of bounced mail. Most notably ProofPoint spam guard.
By moving to SendWP as I understand, I can bypass our SMTP and use SendWP as a mail services.
So far so good.
But my concern is that I have a way to sign up for SendWP and insure that it handles all of our needs and if not be able to go back to Mail Bank Business Edition.
I believe this may be as simple as deactivating the one plugin and active the other. But I’ve been bitten before by thinking things will be simple and I do not want a situation where our site is unable to send mail for any longer than an hour or so.
If anyone has done this specific swap out or another similar I’d be interested in hearing of your experience or even if it’s a similar situation using another plugin and internal SMTP server.
