Plugin works great EXCEPT at the moment it does not seem to display HEIC the new image file format.
This is becoming the new default image on mobile devices. Contact Form 7 accepts the heic images fine. Its just not being embedded in the pdf form generator.

This plugin has been a lifesaver. I needed a plugin that works with Conditional Fields for Contact Form 7, preferably the Pro version. I tried another PDF plugin which was giving me a right headache and then I came across this plugin and it did exactly what I needed. Works great with repeating fields in CF7 Conditional fields Pro. Cette extension est très utile et pratique (elle permet à l’école où je travaille de gérer les formulaires d’absences des élèves).
Je tiens à souligner extrême gentillesse du concepteur qui ne compte pas son temps afin de vous venir en aide.

This plugin is great! But I mean really great! Easy to setup, lots of options and it is working without any problem with others plugins such as; CF7 Signature from wpdebuglog. I’m using this plugin to make contracts for my rental company and within minutes everything is set up and signed. It even shows the digital signatures from the CF7 Signature wpdebuglog plugin as a picture in the content of the pdf. PERFECT.

日本語を追加してほしいと依頼したところ、すぐに対応していただけました。まだ少し文字化けすることもあるけれど、ほぼ問題なしです。（Androidのacrobat readerアプリで開くと思い切り文字化けしたままですがそれ以外のアプリだと豆腐？もなくなりました）
使うには簡単なHTMLとCSSさえ理解するだけ。痒いところに手が届くというか。。使勝手のいいプラグインです。

Very complete, useful and functional plugin. Well done interface, sorted in simple and precise sections. Does most of the things you’d like to be able to do by creating a pdf document via WordPress’s legendary Contact Form 7. It has a clear and detailed tutorial. Support is fast and kind.

I tried two other “make PDF from Contact Form 7 Submission” and this one beats them hands down. I had a well-formatted email layout (html) that I simply pasted into the field for the body of text, and didn’t change much else. Set up for both sender and recipient to receive the PDF, and even redirect to a Thank You page. Then tested with a BIG form that had images, plus had three file uploads to go as well. Clicked Submit. Voila! It all performed beautifully. PDF and uploaded files arrived quickly. I’m making a donation, because truly, this must have been a lot of work. PERFECT!

Overall I was able to install, and get a fully functional form & PDF generation. I have one technical issue that I posted to the support forum over 2 weeks ago. If this issue can be resolved, I would definitely update my review and score. The issue revolves around Contact Form 7, Contact Form 7 PayPal & Strip Add-on and this plugin. The plug in does not handle the pipe symbol that is used by the PayPal plugin and the generated PDF does not check any of the check boxes for that field. If I can get some answers to the issue, then maybe I can complete the project that I was using this plugin for. If not, I will have to start searching for another plugin to use.

Works and gives you relatively fine grain control over the pdf created.
There is room for improvement on quite a few issues, such as the font used in the pdf, form data in the footer and the occasional bug.
Overall I’m happy with this though.
