This plugin changed a lot for me. There wasn’t a plugin for year, make, model search that was available unless you put everything in manually. I don’t have the time for that. This plugin does it all for you, including attributes, images, titles, slugs, price, descriptions, etc. Some manufacturers give more information than others, so it is dependent on what the manufacturer has added. Most are pretty good and gives you a good base to build a decent product page. It also makes its own categories, runs your search, and gives you many filters for your customers. However, other than adding a child theme and playing with the CSS there is no way to customize anything. Had multiple issues that eventually made me abandon the WordPress version of this plug-in altogether. Fitment issues with just about every screen size, it looks plain and boring, can’t change category names, which are way too long and overflow into the next column. Speed was also a big issue. Sometimes the developer will answer other times they will not, making it near impossible to fix issues in any sort of a timely manner. SEMA is a great organization with a lot of dedicated people, but this plug-in needs a lot of work. I shouldn’t need to hire a developer to use a plug-in. The front-end is a must use if you use their data. I tried for years to make this work for me because I really wanted it to work but just could never get it there and went to another platform.

Great Idea if it had the options needed to properly implement the product data. I’m not sure what good this plugin does without the ability to customize it.
First off, the images wouldn’t load.
You are forced to upload every product contained within a category. That means zero choices to hand-pick products from a brand.
Forget about mapping attributes to the proper places. Everything is grouped together in the description or the short description. There are no options to merge, split or map data.
Ideally one would map the UPC/GTIN, MPN, Harmonized codes, etc… to their corresponding places in woocommerce. That’s not an option.
Fitment data is not accessible within the product editing page.
