Support,
Is there any updates on compatibility with WordPress Version 5.8? We’ve been having some issues with the payment gateway recently so I’m really hoping to install the update ASAP.
I can see the current compatible version is 5.7.2 so just wondering when we can expect it to be compatible with 5.8
]]>Important Update – Please note, this version of the plugin is now deprecated and support will be removed on the 10th September 2021. Please find the newest version of the plugin here, which includes support for 3DSv2.
We encourage all users of the plugin to update to the newest version asap.
Thanks

I have a website that sells a monthly product. The client opts for a monthly subscription plan and for 3 months it went well but from the 4th month, it charges twice.

Can you please help? My website is AddExtraYears

I’d like to know what I’m getting into if I upgrade to 3.0.5, but similarly I’d like to as I’m experiencing customers getting failed transactions which never actually get as far as appearing on trust payments MYST site. some visibility of a more detailed change log than ‘bug fix’ would be extremely useful and informative.
It would be really helpful to know just what version I should be on that can be trusted to process payments reliably.
Thanks in advance
]]>Hi,
We have a single subscription product (using the WooCommerce Subscription plugin). How can we/the customer change their payment details (e.g. if a credit is expiring, etc.)?
I cannot find this option in the front or back end.

]]>We are noticing on our website on very large orders of lots of items 20+ are taking a while to go through and sometimes not processing properly.
We can see the order in woocommerce orders and we are getting paid, but the customer does not get the email order notification and it does not look like it is reducing stock levels and the st_gateway_ fields are not being generated on completion like the rest.
The pattern is very large orders with lots on items being purchased, which is concerning. 99% orders fine, just large orders.
We have Woocommerce Version 5.1.0 & Trust Payments Version 3.0.3
Are there any known issues?
]]>Hi
We have installed the plugin to our site which is running WordPress MultiSite 5.4.2 and WooCommerce 4.3.1
After installation of the plugin it shows in the plugin list as Network Activated.
However there is no options to configure the plugin and it does not show up in the payment section of WooCommerce settings.
Is there an additional step we have missed?
Thanks,

Hello,
As of today orders which come through have stopped reducing stock.
I have contacted trust payments to look at the response json which looks fine. Payments are successfully going through and orders are shown in woocommerce but stock is not being reduced and order notes do not list trust payment successful with ID or the reduced stock note, or pending to processing.
No plugin updates or code updates have been made to the site, absolutely no changes. Up until about 22 hours ago all had been working smoothly. Only today orders do not reflect reduced stock or order updates shown about trust payment successful ID.
Any ideas of where this issue lies?
Regards
Tony
Hello,
on the checkout page, after entering all the address data, I cannot access the next page. It blocks. If I disable the plugin, the checkout will work again.
I’ve tried disabling other plugins to see if there are any incompatibility issues, but disabling your plugin solves the problem.
What can I try to do to make it work?
Thanks
Alessandro
Hi,
A friendly note from the plugin team here to let you know we are aware some customers are experiencing issues with duplicate payments when 3D Secure is used.
We thank everyone who has sent details through to us regarding specific logs around this problem, as this has proved very helpful.
Our team are working on a fix as quickly as possible and we apologise for the inconvenience.
Thanks

Hi,
Ive had two emails from support@trustpayments RE 3DS 2.1 ()
—bof email —-
We contacted you recently about implementing 3-D Secure on your account before 31 December 2020. This will ensure you are compliant with PDS2 legislation and avoid card declines and card scheme fee increases.
We have identified that you’re currently using an API, JavaScript, Webserver or STAPI integration.
To support 3DS 2.1 you will need to review the current integration you have with your developer/software provider and choose one of the two paths below:
Update to the latest JS Library which can be introduced into your existing API based system to connect through to our new 3-D Secure system (recommended); or
Move to our Hosted Payment Pages and let us handle the payment page.
You can find everything you need to get started with implementing 3DS 2.1 including further information on the JS Library on our FAQ page.
—eof email —
Just a quick one for the devs of this plugin… Does anything need to be changed to ensure 3DS 2.1 works? i.e the plugin needs updating, or is it already OK?

]]>Does anyone have any issues taking payments when 3D secure is enabled?
We’ve recently migrated to Trust Payments/Secure Trading.
Only taken 9 transactions with these and 7 of 9 transaction just hung / timed out when trying to implement 3D secure. We either just get the processing circle turning or we get transferred to the card issuers 3D secure page but it just timesout too.
Of the 2 transactions that did successfully process, it took about 3 minutes for the system to connect to the 3D secure aspect of the transaction.
We have the contacted customers where orders failed… all have said they just bounced away or refreshed the page as it was taking 5+ mins. Some of those chose to log back into out site and try the transaction again, but again all have said the 3D aspect of the transaction took a really long time.
This is a typical log output for a payment that just hangs at 3D secure

Trust Payments / Secure Trading have been great so far, and I’d hate to move away from them, but atm their payment plugin is a nightmare for 3D secure transactions, which means I can’t stay with them.
Have used Stripe and Braintree on the same site and had no issues.
Desperate to get this resolved!

Hi,
Is there a way to disable AMEX cards with this plugin as our client doesn’t accept AMEX and we’re getting a large number of no account found errors – ECOM GBP AMEX.
Can’t find where we can disable AMEX card payment attempts.
Thanks,
Derryl
I am trying to modify the payment gateway settings from the latest version of this plugin. When I enter them and click the “save changes button” I just get a 404 page not found error and no setting are modifed.
I therefore can not set up my payment gateway with login details etc.
]]>Does my website need to be PCI compliant if I use this V2 plugin, or is that taken care of by your gateway?
]]>Hi,
When will your plugin be compatible with WooCommerce 4.0. Currently if we update your plugin stops working.
]]>Hi,
I see there has been a recent post on this with no response from Support.
I am experiencing a similar issue, even when users are logged in:
This initially seemed to occur?for users on the mobile version of the site, checking out as a guest?with a VISA card…
However it now seems to be occurring?for even logged in?users with both VISA or MasterCard and on either mobile or PC/Laptop device….
Upon entering card details at the checkout screen, Customers are taken to the their Card issuer’s ACS screen but once the 3DSecure is Authenticated, they are simply redirected back to the checkout screen and the actual payment is not sent for authorisation.
Thus the order does not get completed and remains at the “Pending Payment” stage in WooCommerce.
This is also occurring?intermittently and somewhat randomly?so I can’t pinpoint any certain issue. Most payments to get redirected and authorised and some don’t
Currently running:
WooCommerce version 4.0
WooCommerce Secure Trading Gateway plugin 2.3.1
Wordpress Version?Version 5.3.2
If you could please advise.
]]>It appears if a user is not logged in (new customer) and checkout is enforcing account creation – when you enable “3D Secure” the payment errors after submitting payment and you get “Redirecting the cardholder to the card issuer’s ACS” Woo message in the cart, the spinner just remains spinning, and in browser console I can see a 403 forbidden on URL https://EXAMPLESITE.com/?wc-ajax=update_order_review.
A logged in user the payment with 3D Secure works perfect. If you take a tick out of “3D Secure” a non-logged in user also works fine. Have tested this on a live domain, and on a dev site, both different server setups, and also getting same issue using Storefront theme as well as our own custom theme.
3D secure is enabled in the clients ST account. Everything is pointing to a permission issue with WP AJAX/WC-AJAX and non-logged in (i.e. no-priv) users?
Has this been seen by anyone else, can this be confirmed?
