]]>Hi,
As of today Google recaptcha has required a site key and since this beautiful software grants me the access I can’t no longer log in into my site!! Fab! Please help…
Hello !
I recently change from custom to recapcha (or invert) mode because the captcha was really complicated to read for me.
Today, a few days later, I tried to connect to my website and my website did not recognize my password and after 3 attemps, I was blacklisted.
I can access to my ftp and my database so how could a “reset” the plugin from that ?
1. how to disblaclist my ip ?
2. how to reset the plugin ?
because for now, I can just delete the plugin but then, I have not login security plugin and if I put it, it is automatically activated and then, I am blacklisted again.
Thank you in advance,
Michel
]]>Hi
I activated the additional htaccess password feature via Secure Login. After moving my site from a temporary location to it’s new domain, I have been unable to access my log-in page because the selected username and password is no longer working. Where in my website’s files can I remove the additional password request so that I can access my back-en and manipulate the settings there? I’ve also had to remove the site from its temporary location. My URL: https://www.broadwater.co.za.
Hi,
I am receiving dozens of emails a day saying: On your site https://[…%5D.com/ login form was added IP 1.234.20.83 to blacklist after it tried to login 3 times.
Thing is, no ip has been added to the blacklist and it keeps sending this email over and over, with the same ip (sometimes with another one : 192.254.160.83). I have blacklisted the two ip addresses using your plugin, but still no luck, I keep receiving those emails.
I wonder if this is a security loophole found by spammers to keep sending the notice emails with actually trying to login. Because when I check the log status, I don’t see any attempts at failed login.
Thanks to help…
My current version is Secure Login by Supsystic Login Security 1.1
