Hello! Im trying to use seatreg to recieve payment for seats via stripe.
Seems that instead of showing the prefix or suffix of the currency it just shows the ISO 4217 number i’ve inserted. I’ve set the price to 250.
Also seems the payment link sent via mail isn’t working either.

]]>Hello, I don’t understand what’s happening but when i m going over a number of seats, whatever the zone i put an additional seat., the map to book doesn’t appear anymore. It seems to be linked to the registration layout field (in my case at 69526 bytes long, it’s working, and at 77479 it’s not -i added one seat-).
Can you reproduce it or is it me ^^ ?

I’m playing a lot with Seatreg which is great (I added a way to fill only once the required fields when having several booking seats and values are duplicated to others hidden fields. It’s a simple modification if someone interested).
Back to the subject i need during registration that customers can upload a file. Is it something that you already considered ? If not do you have any clue to help me to implement this feature ?

I can’t see the registration page. I thought it might be because of plugins/theme, but I tested it on a clean page with a different theme, without any pages or content and it still gave the same error 404.
I’ve tried to put what I assume is the shortcode [seatreg code=605a93d04a] for my registration form, but I still get the same error.
What could be the issue?

Not sure why, but when clicking the View Registration it only opens the main homepage page up instead of the actual Floorplan?

I′ve just created room with about 500 seats and tried to test the booking procedure from the backend.
Looks like I′m able to book only one seat. This went smoothly, with all the messages and emails.
When I select multiple seats I get the ape with the cut cables after the second step right behind the summary.
I set the limits on empty or on 50.
Any idea?
I put the shortcode on an Elementor page and a regular WordPress page. Same result.
By the way, is there a chance to skip the contact information for every single ticket.
We don′t need this feature.

Hello, I created a ticket office with your tool.
Several things:
- I would like my customers to identify themselves and create an account in my online store before reserving their place, how do I do this?
- Then I would like payment to be made before the reservation is approved.
- On a computer, the “-” button disappears from the plug-in, it is cut off at the bottom, how can I make it reappear? and
- Finally during the event, I would like by flashing the QR code to see if the QR code has already been flashed once and when ? Is that possible with you App ? And I only have an iPhone…
