the plugins just needs to much memory when you try to search something in a long text. the problem is, that it already starts searching with the very first letter you type in. a simple button that would trigger the search could fix this. no visitor of my page would every use this search box again.

I was looking for a Ctrl+F plugin and this did the trick! I had some questions regarding the plugin and I contacted the developer and he messaged me back within 24 hours with the answer. I asked a few more questions and he answered all of them. Great person and very helpful. Thank you for developing an excellent plugin and then helping me getting up and running on my website ??

The act of simply activating this plugin caused any action on my site to hang and crash the page. It was a struggle to delete this plugin through the admin back end as well because of this. Would not recommend.

I was looking for a plugin to search only contents within the page, and this one does just that. Thank you!

I point to some pages from a mobile app. Some of these (necessary) pages have long lists. Breaking them up into separate pages would be an inordinate of work to maintain. I just needed a quick way for a reader to jump to the list item they are searching for, so they would not have to scroll for ages. Search Inside was just the thing! Great that you can set the scope of the search even smaller than the page by directing it to search within the bounds of a tag pair! Would like if there was just a little bit more options, like what colour to make the searching field, so it stands out a bit more from the background. Great tool!
