Hey! I was just trying to test your pluging on my website, but immediately after activating the plugin, I get the following error. It appears to crash the whole WP dashboard, while after deactivating the pluging everything returns to normal again. Are you familiar with the source of this error? I did not see any similar support tickets through search.

I had my server guy monitoring the server since it frequently went down since i installed plugin.
He saw huge spikes in cpu usage and load like every 30-60 seconds.
When i deactivated the plugin the spikes disappeared.
Have you heard about issues like this before ? Ofc might be a complex conflict with other plugins too.
Server is on AWS / Bitnami
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
Is it possible with your plugin to create a scroll sequence like the bottle with many backgrounds on the main page of this site : https://belgianwhisky.com/ ?
Thank you for your answer.
Hi, How can I add a down arrow on top of the sequence? It is only showing after I have scrolled to the end.
Thanks.
Hi, for some reason on refreshing the front page my SSQ scene fades in before I start scrolling and briefly you can see front page of my website before the SSQ scene completes it’s fade in. When someone first visits my site there is a preloader and when the front page is revealed the SSQ is in place, no fade in, so that is fine. But on subsequent visits to the front page the SSQ scene will fade in, with the front page being seen briefly. What is causing this fade in, and how to stop it? None of the elements on my page, containers, etc have any fade in entrance animations set. Hope you can help. Thanks and best regards.
Hello,
i have placed a scrollsequence when i visit website scrollsequence not stays sticky, but somet time when i edit page and see scrollsequence it work perfectly. but when i visit website it does not stay sticky page scrolling down and shows blank space. how can I fix this issue?
Hi, i know this isn’t the best place to ask for this but i have no choice.
Recently, i was charged $100 for another year of subscription with scroll sequence when i only initially wanted to pay for one year.
I was going to ask for a refund on scrollsequence.com but it only offer customer support to members who are logged in. This would be great if not for the fact that my account has been seemingly wiped from the database. I can’t log in with the password, and when i try to reset my password by sending a verification email, the email never arrives at my email. Before you ask, yes I’m 100% certain i’m using the correct email, in-fact i still have the payment confirm email i received a year ago.
If an admin would help me with my refund, that would be great
Thanks

We are doing a new design of our site from scratch and we want to know if it is possible to export the existing sequences and import them from one site to another.
Thanks in advance!
Hi, I watched your video for the Scrollsequence Watch Example Tutorial think I understand most of it. I don’t have coding skills and not sure about css classes or IDs. Instead of a heading I want to use an image. It’s like an icon to indicate that the user should scroll down. I’ll be using a png file and would like the image to fade-in then out, I saw the drop-down menu to select those options. I understand I can set the entrance and exit at my desired frame number, I just need some help in setting it up as far as what class or ID. My guess is something as simple as ” .image ” ? Is there anything else I should add, any other code snippets? What about the positioning, and is that responsive? I tried to use a widget as my first option but, for some reason the vh wasn’t being applied correctly, probably because of he length of the sequence, and when I tried to edit in laptop an tablet mode I couldn’t get the correct height positioning across different device sizes. positioning for 1536 X 864 for example, would be fine, but the image would be hidden viewing on a 1366 X 768 screen. Not to mention an Ipad Pro 12.9″ where the image would be closer to the middle of the screen. Thanks and best regards.
Hey, I created a ScrollSequence using the plugin. The options for the text in the Fixed content is quite limited. I can’t change Font, Size, textshadow etc without delving into the CSS manually.
However, Upon increasing the Size of a text to 75px, the Heading text breaks into 2 line. I assume this is because the width of the fixed content is limited. I need help to fix this. Image 1 is what the current result is, Image 2 is what I want it to look like.

Hi,
I’m trying to add a scroll snap “animation” to the section that comes after the scrollsequence.
After the scrollsequence the scrolling speed looks like it’s too fast because of the sudden change of a sticky section to a normal one. As a solution for this I’m trying to add a scroll snap to the section that comes right after scrollsequence. I tried both, code (HTML, CSS and javascript) and elementor pro’s scroll snap option but nothing is working.
What I have is:
-Section 1 – Scrollsequence
-Section 2 – A text widget that goes above section 1 when scrolling. This section scrolls up and sticks to the top until section 1 ends.
-Section 3 – a video widget that I want to have the scroll snap effect or something similar that slows down or stops the section from scrolling so the viewer can adapt its vision from the scrollsequence flow to a normal one.
Until now, what I’ve gather is when I add scroll snap to section 3, section 2 doesn’t unstick when section 1 ends and stays fixed the whole page. The scroll snap effect doesn’t works either.
This is the code I have for section 2 that is probably in comflit with scroll snap:

If I choose to pay for a month, what happens at the end of the month? I assume that the PRO options will no longer be usable to make new sequences, but will the sequences made during the period covered by the payment continue to work properly once the month has expired? Will I be able to re-edit them?
Hi everyone, first of all I wanted to thank you for this wonderful plugin.
I’ve noticed that when I upload a sequence WordPress creates icons and images at intermediate resolutions. As a result, for a few seconds of video, I end up taking up four times as much space and having a bunch of images at different resolutions that will never be used.
It would be useful to have an option to ensure that uploaded sequences are not altered and resized, in order to save space. Additionally, I was wondering if it’s possible to upload a video directly, without having to use a sequence of images?
Hello scrollsequence team! To make things short, I have many pages with a few sequences in their main page. I just made a size scan and some of them take up to 40 seconds to load and they weight +100mb. The sequences are kind of important so I thought it’d be best to significantly reduce the size of the images but I don’t know if it’ll work converting them with a plugin and automatically it’ll stay the same, only now with the optimized images. I don’t even know if Scrollsequence supports webp format.
Thank you in advance! I love this plugin so much.
Hello! I have a problem with Scrollsequence. I follow the steps and finished setting it. But I was wondering if the shortcode is not working maybe it’s a free version?
Hello, I am testing the free version of the plugin to assess it with WPBakery Page Builder, but I see that when scrolling the animation div moves and does not occupy the center of the screen.
Hi there, the plugin works great and I am considering buying the pro version, but one thing makes it not usable to me: when I load the page, ALL images are loaded, regardless what the preload percentage option is set to. The Scrollsequence element is not in the viewport when the images are loaded. I am using the shortcode. What could cause this issue?

My scrollsequence works as it should on windows, however on mac it simply doesn’t load at all, no frames are shown, rather, it’s just white space.
Hello
My scroll sequence is not sticking to the page, instead, it sits at the top.
Here it is working: https://leesign.dk/scrollsequence/animation/
However, when applied through a shortcode, it doesn’t work as shown here: https://leesign.dk/service-og-produkter/erhvervs-og-domicilindretninger/
(It’s hard to see, as it starts out white)
Hi
I am using the PRO version of your plugin and it is awesome!
However, I face one minor issue with my sequence, where it does not look good on very small screen sizes like iPhone SE (326px wide). I would like to apply some custom CSS rules to screen sizes between 320-380px but whenever I use the @media screen CSS rule, it does not take effect. Can you inform me on how I can accomplish changes for specific screen sizes?
Hi. Why on the tutorial video I see a $ 14.99/year price, but when I go to your website is ten times higher? Where can I have the 14.99 price?
