After I disabled this plugin then all the server 500 errors which were only on about 1 in 5 posts were gone. When I re-enabled then they all came back. So this plugin has the ability to wreck a site.

I just installed this on my blog. It seems to work great. You can set it to work just on posts. CSS is fully customizable. You can even use custom images.
