As of now, on clicking the tool, it scrolls up to the top. (See example – https://smstoneta.com/prajaadhinbharat/%E0%A4%85%E0%A4%A7%E0%A5%8D%E0%A4%AF%E0%A4%BE%E0%A4%AF-1/)
I would like it to scroll it to the Table of Contents installed on the posts of the blog.
Please help.
