I am considering making my wordpress site a multisite for the purpose of adding a second language, I found good guides to do this but I can’t understand whether it’s possible to implement hreflang tags to the pages in wordpress, which is a very crucial point for search engines. Would it be correct if I was to implement the hreflangs with Scripts n Styles plugin, inserting them in the <head> of each page? Thanks in advance
]]>We use Scripts n Styles on almost all of our sites. iThemes is reporting a Cross Site Scripting vulnerability w/no fix available. Also there hasn’t been an update in 10 months. Do we bail and use something else? Or will there be a fix. We have close to 100 sites.

]]>Ken, thanks so much for Scripts n Styles! It’s been an excellent plugin on my WordPress site. Unfortunately, I’m currently unable to add global scripts. When I press Save Changes, I get an internal server error, even if I haven’t made any changes. I’m running the latest version on WP 6.0.1.
I also wonder if your website was hacked as many of your links go to unreachable Russian domains, but I can enter a URL manually and it works.
]]>If anyone is still using Scripts n Styles, and also the plugin “Pods“, there is a conflict between these two plugins (November 2021).
With Scripts n Styles enabled, all of the fields in the “edit [post type]” screen of a CPT created with Pods are locked. None of the content in the fields can be edited. In a “new [post type]” screen of a CPT created with Pods, the fields do not accept any content.
After troubleshooting the problem, I found that deactivating Scripts n Styles fixed the problem. More details can be found here:

We have a non-looping animated .gif as the Home page header image, and it is intended to be non-looping.
But we now want it to replay/restart if the page is refreshed, but nowerdays everything is cached … and this means annimated.gifs tend not to replay.
On searching for solutions, I see that if the site was written in native HTM we could use javascript to append a random number to the image src. e.g.
img.src = "your_image_url.gif"+"?a="+Math.random();
But it’s WordPress, so we can’t edit the inline code(or can we?).
We have the ‘scripts n styles’ app already installed, can we do something here?
How could we write a script to append/overwrite the header-image source?

Mi formulario del contact form 7, en el footer, solo en la página de inicio/home, al dar click un nuevo suscriptor en el botón “SUSCRIBIRME” recarga la página como si se oprimiera F5, y no se ve el mensaje de agradecimiento que en las demas paginas si.
Desactivé scripts n styles, y funciono, el problema es con un jquery (eso creo) porque cuando elimino un script de HTML for the head element … que configure en esa pagina (ya que uso owl carousel) llamado:

I’m getting a 501 method not implemented error when I try to save a new Hoop in the admin screen. Adding scripts to individual pages is still working fine. I received an email from WordPress that another plugin was the cause but I’ve deactivated it and it’s still not working.

The iFrame loads with a class, MenuGroup–header–443090, containing the various massages), but this MenuGroup is closed on mobile devices. When clicking the group title or the chevron, it opens and the massages show in a dropdown.
For users who want to book a massage, I find this very distracting. Is there a way to force the group to be opened by default? Using either html, js or css code.
]]>Hello, I’ve used Scripts n Styles extensively with the Classic Editor. Today I tried using it on a site with the standard Gutenberg Block Editor. When I enable SnS the block editor max width gets capped to about 60% of normal width, decreasing usability considerably. Seems like it may be a CSS scoping issue. The admin is now not on the site, so I am not able to remove or change the styles and scripts on those pages.

I am trying to use a function plot (https://mauriciopoppe.github.io/function-plot/ ) library of Javascript in WordPress page. When I write html and javascript on my local folder and put the html file to the browser, the plot is shown correctly.
But when I use the same code in Scripts n Styles Plugin in WordPress, the plot is now shown at all. The other functions are working correctly. Do you have any idea to fix this problem?

I have troubles with jQuery. For my start page I have some jQuery-code. When I preview the size within the Customizr everything looks good. When I look at the homepage, the console gives me the error that $ is not a function. jQuery couldn’t be loaded.
I already tried to update jQuery, but then it looks good on the homepage but fails in the Customizr (only showing the spinning wheel).
Can somebody give me a hint?

I can’t access the settings of the plugin in a page, it work before and now when I click something on the setting they don’t show.
I click Scripts or Styles and getting blank space where they setting need to be.

in the gloabl settings are all input fields under each category (HTML, LESS, CSS Style etc.) displayed twice.
Each field is numbered with a 1 and below that is the same input field in that category also numbered with 1
Under Scripts (end of body tag) i had a code in the input field.
This code is now displayed in two input fields.
