I have just successfully installed and configured it to work on my website which currently runs v5.3.2. Works perfectly.

Embed code doesn’t work with current version of WP. Probably worked when it was launched but 2 years without an update creates an unworkable plugin. Best to use the Scribd embed code.

I highly recommend using this scribd embed plugin. It adds a really smooth button to the wp editor. You simply add your doc id and publisher name, set height and width if desired and voila it’s embedded beautifully. It’s so refreshing to use a plugin that just works. Thanks guys!
