Hey RSMG,
Nice plugin, I enjoyed reading your review rebuttals lol… Anyhoo, figured I would give you a 5-star rating for the plugin as it seems to be doing its job effectively, and your support seems to be swell as well ??
P.S., have you had anybody comment about images that are pinned from their site getting blocked on Pinterest? Random question and in a weird spot (my review) but I figured I would ask anyways cuz reasons.
Thanks again for being a gr8 dev!

Hi,
I had already asked questions on support forum. In a week without answers…here is my review.
After installing these plugin:
1. After of installation and cache cleaning site was down for a 2-3 hours – 502 error (it’s not hosting issue – I have powerful VPN hosting);
2. Increasing of 502 errors in Google Search console.
3. Redirects all subdomains on root domain. Decreasing of traffic -20% (organic traffic from Google) for a month of using this plugin (because of that this plugin has “one star” mark from me).
After of fixing these issues this plugin it can be useful in future.

It is a bit strange to me to have this almost required review in order to clear text from the admin area. I would guess from the other reviews that it is working fine, but I really don’t know how I would know that other than I’m not having any problems.

Hard to know if it is actually doing what it claims to do. However, it has not interfered with the operation of my other plugins or theme.

So far so good, when we are scraped at least it appends the true author name and original site link.

Since I have had no trouble with any party trying to pirate my site it must be working very well.

I like the plugin and it seems to be working for most scraper sites but there are some it does not work on.
What I really don’t like it the message about using the plugin and rating it that can’t be closed unless you say you have already rated the plugin. Not nice.

I believe this plugin destroys Google indexing due to redirection inserted in header. Google webmaster tools reports only 1 indexed page out of several hundred crawled because of a permanent 301 redirect.

This plugin breaks multisites and will send all visitors to any domain to the main site.

I have a bilingual site that uses qTranslate for creating additional language pages on the site. Every page and post has a equivalent post and page in the second.
After installing ScrapeBreaker all the pages in the second language get redirected to the first language. The problem is caused by this Javascript that is inserted into the page by the plugin:

Apparently the plugin does not work with qTranslate. I have not tried it with WPML but I think it might have the same problem there.
Note: The problem does not happen when you are logged in as Admin so you might not notice it when you are logged in but your website’s visitors see the problem.
