As an author I merely wanted to include Amazon reviews on my web site to correspond with my novels. After spending hours going around on the Amazon carousel I was unable to generate the keys and other things I needed to make this plugin work. I admit this is a failing of Amazon not the plugin but at the end of the day I could just not get it to work for my very simple needs.

This Plugin is really really great! Well done. I was able to set it up relatively easily and it works!!! Great work!!!

Now if i can just get my amazon.com affiliate stuff set up… I was able to get amazon.co.uk ( I live in Europe and not the US ) but that is not where the reviews are…

This plugin seems to be as good as it gets for displaying Amazon reviews. Setup was simple and easy. It maintains the look and feel of the Amazon website, which I think is psychologically very important in winning the confidence of the reader. I and many other users wish that it would display more reviews and/or allow them to be sorted by ‘most helpful’, highest rated, most recent, etc. However, the Amazon API does not allow that (how like Amazon). I checked that with support and read it in other support requests, also. I doubt that Amazon will ever allow such sorting, but if they do, I’m sure it will be included in the next update here. BTW, the support response was very fast and on point. I would recommend this plugin to anyone.

I installed it, test it on some products. Perfect! Easy and nice work.
One feature would be very nice: Input field for admin to change the height of the frame and to deactivate the headline in h2-tag.

Simply one of the very best WordPress Amazon-Associate plugins. Super easy to use and super-super powerful. You can do alot with this plugin. I have tried other solutions but this is as to close perfect as we have found. I ve testet many ones; here some features that have convinced me:

– Very easy to use and simplicity enables me to start using it almost immediately after installed it.
– Very easy to search a specific product,
– even if you know only a little about PHP, you can use it perfectly

You do not need develpoer-skills – and if you are no expert or professional – this plugin makes you look like a genius sometimes.;) And last but not least: Support is overwhelming: – the develoer rocks!!! James answers very quick and is ready to help you.

conclusio; this plugin is for many many users – and for every one who wants to run an Amazon-Afiliate-plugin.

I was very happy to find this plugin, but found the means to get the keys a bit daunting. When I finally had all of the areas filled in except the part to enter the secret key, I discovered that Amazon had a little announcement that reads, “As described in a previous announcement, you cannot retrieve the existing secret access keys for your AWS root account, though you can still create a new root access key at any time.” They recommend you start a different type of account, but being as explanations are scant with this plugin and the Amazon website itself was filled with a plethora of things I didn’t get and – most importantly – literally don’t have time to research up on and read, I have had to give up. Maybe it was a good plugin at one time, but Amazon fixed that real good.

The easiest way to display Amazon reviews on your WordPress site.

Only a minor tweak was needed to run on my WP 3.1.1 – in szclasses.php, place lines 710-734 (that call the add_help_tab function) within a comment. You won’t have the help button in your admin (settings) panels, but at least the functionality itself will work ok. There’s probably a better way, that will also display the help panels on such old WP versions (suggested improvement for the developer to consider in order to support earlier WP versions), but I’m not a WP expert so this workaround is good enough for me.

Another suggestion: allow the width parameter to accept percentages (as in “100%”) rather than a fixed pixel value. To use 100% I currently need to wrap the shortcode with a CSS style directive, and that’s a bit ugly:

Mega kudos for this super powerful and outstanding plugin! Particularly if you need to have a time-saving Amazon-Plugin that does lots of things that others does not do!
This plugin is outstanding and perfect for all sites that want to fetch data from Amazon.
