Where can I get the Stripe plugin for the Scott cart?

I don’t understand this plugin. Is it an addon to Paypal Digital Downloads plugin? Or is it a totally different plugin? But in this case, I don’t see any settings for Paypal besides of choosing the PayPal, any way to create products or fill the shop, etc.
Pages it created are just blank pages…

Please advise.

The issue is when I create a category the URL link to the category does not work, I get just a blank page
