hello, well done guys for an amazing plugin, however I am having some issues, I observed once I activate school management system woocommerce payment stops working, you get to checkout and the pay now button disappears, but when I deactivate the plugin woocommerce payment works fine, I need both to work bcos I do collect setup fees for schools using woocommerce payment since the plugin only has provision for students and parents to pay fes and not for schools to ay super admin, and I also sell courses with the woocommerce plugin. Please do help me on how to resolve this, thanks

I just deactivated plugin on my dashboard because i was fixing some bugs, and the student list no longer shows even though the student database is there because they can login on the frontend but at the backend, nothing shows

I m new to this plugin in my client project, everything is working fine but front end Students dashboard isn’t working. On the front page only heading front eng page is there. Maybe there’s any shortcode to be placed on that page to show front end dashboard but I didn’t find anywhere. https://example.in/sch-dashboard/ this page isn’t working

Hello I am trying this software for a Greek school and I cant use Greek letters in the sch-settings page or in any other element of the plugin. When I enter Greek letters and save the texts those appear as ??????????

Guess it’s encodin issue. Doesnt this plugin uses utf-8?

Did anyone had a similar problem? Any help?

My school offers annual courses where students must pay monthly fees. For example: 12 months = 12 monthly payments of $100. Total: $1200.

How do I automatically generate these 12 charges in the system?

So that students can view all charges available for payment, so students who wish can pay more than one monthly fee in the same month or pay in advance.

Where will be the homework stored which is submitted by the students and where can be the teacher able to view the homework and how the teacher knows which student submitted the homework .

At the moment your plugin has 2 cases where you use “%%%s”, e.g.

WLSM_M_Staff_Class.php
...WHERE sf.school_id = %d AND a.is_active = 1 AND a.name LIKE "%%%s%%"'

While this is fine at the moment, but it is an undocumented “feature” that should be removed in the future.

The wpdb::prepare() documentation notes that percentage wildcards cannot be inserted directly into the SQL, and instead the complete LIKE string should be provided via the arguments, e.g.

'... c.label LIKE %s',
'%' . $wpdb->esc_like( $keyword ) . '%'

It’s undocumented because the “%%” should only provide a single literal percentage sign, and not cause the following “%s” to be unquoted.

Because the current version allows only one-to-one relation between teacher-role and class.

I am getting multiple errors Like in Inquiry form I have setup its sometimes send mail & message but multiple time it fails. I use wpmails and it works like a charm in other contact form i have created .Basically the inqiury form gives me trouble . And Adding Live Classes and Registering a Student From Frontend gives 500 Internal server error I have deactivated all the plugins and checked , Its not any of my plugins fault.

I am trying to assign a single teacher as class teacher of more than one class. I want to do this to limit the attendance of the class to only the class teacher of that particular class. So, no other teacher can take the attendance of any other class. I tried making a role as “Teacher” and checked the option of “manage only assigned class“. But the issue is that I can only assign a single class to a teacher. Can you please help me to solve this issue.

While getting payment by strip on fess invoice portal, I added card details but its showing error on your card is not supported. This issue occurred only in the same plugin.

1) The CTA (call to action) buttons in the student accounts are not visible. eg. the button to ‘View’ homework or messages in the noticeboard are in white font, and the background is also white, so students are not able to see them.

2) Is it possible to change the currency in the accounting module from dollar to another currency?
