We are recently facing this issue, like when ever we export a CSV file in a certain coloum its showing a HTML code.

The admin column displays the email as <a href=”mailto:[email protected]” target=”_blank”>[email protected]</a>

The same when you view the submission. Any idea how to fix?

When I click on export, I am sent to a page with the content and even copying to Excel the file is broken and I cannot generate a list in .CSV template, all the fields are in a single line, as if it were the Excel header .

On the settings page, the table row showing ‘Minimum role to view records’ displays the html code for the select object instead of a functioning select object.

At the bottom of the form, the submit button displays “Save Settings /></p></form> <div style=”. That button DOES submit the form, but forces the Menu/Plural Label and Secondary/Singular Label values to “Elementor DB”, and can’t be changed via this form (I assume those are the default values). I have to edit the database directly if I want those changed.

I have an intermittent problem which I cannot replicate:

Some website users are seeing submission errors on our contact form so are sending the message multiple times. We are receiving the messages as expected via email however these contact form submissions “skip” the Contact Form DB list.

Other contact form submissions arrive via email and show in the Contact Form DB list as expected.

All plugins are up to date.
PHP version 7.4.32
PHP memory limit 256 MB

I don’t expect that this caused by Contact Form DB – Elementor but I’m interested to know why these certain submissions are skipping the DB.

The plugin has caused a few issues and we wish to remove it and the entries in the database. However, a standard Remove doesn’t seem to to work.

This plugin causes fatal php errors

over the last days I have experienced an error Message from the woody plugin – when isolating the issue I found that your plugin is in conflict with Woody code snippets (PHP snippets | Insert PHP).

I really enjoy your plugin since the elementor version of it doesn’t really work – do you have any idea why there is a conflict?

I has been working togehter for over a year and we didnot change anything except updating.

When I install the plugin my site goes crazy and all installed plugins disappear. I get an error indicating that there is a serious problem on the site and nothing else happens.

I tried to download the wp version but it still didn’t work. Can you tell me what is happening?

Found a way to clean the huge database created by this plugin. The DB on a basic spammed site was > 500Mb before and around 2.5MB now …

First you go in PHPmyadmin in WP_POSTS table and delete all the post of the type called elementor_cf_db. ( It was 8888 entries in my case)

Then you install WP-optimize plugin and clean the WP_POSTs_META table from orphaned content.

Finally you run “optimize the table” ( first task in wp-optimize)

And you should be fine…

I have 2 versions of same site. First is with 200 submisions and other is only with 90. I would like to add this 110 new submisions to new version. I know is only a way to export csv file but I cant import it.

Is there any way to import these submisions?

In Persian and Arabic languages and right-to-left languages, the output of Excel is cluttered

I suggest designing the output for right-to-left languages in the plugin as well

Hi, I am using Elementor Contact Form DB 1.7. I could not find the action “Reply via email” in submission detail page, only “Copy to another Post Type”. May I have your guidance on reenabling the “Reply via email” action? What is the setting that I should do? Thanks in advance.

Since we update the plugin (1.7), submission forms saved are completly blank. However, the emails set up for each submission display the information for each field.

I was excited to see that this plugin has a feature allowing us to copy individual entries into another post type or to export to CSV.

However, I am baffled that the exports to CSV or copy to another post type feature is only available on individual entries, and there are no bulk action equivalents. This requirement renders the feature rather useless for my needs.

Or perhaps the forms data is already saved and available in the database ?

If it is already saved in the database, please can you let me know the table-name and if possible an example query for retrieving all records for a given form.

Now after getting the output I have a problem (There was a major error on this website. Please check the webmaster’s mailbox for instructions.) .. No email Can not be sent either !!!
