Hi,
I installed the free version of the plugin, and it seems to work correctly except for the following issue: when the offer period expires, the products retain the sale_price in the settings (even if it is not displayed on the frontend), and the product is still seen by the system (WP) as being on sale.
The sale prices and the plugin fields are populated by a script I created. I use WP-Rocket as the cache plugin. After updating the fields (here’s an example):update_post_meta($product_id, '_sale_price_dates_from', $startingDate);
update_post_meta($product_id, '_sale_price_dates_to', $endingDate);
update_post_meta($product_id, '_woo_ctr_action_for_over_goal', 'remove_sale_price');
and saving the product:$product->set_regular_price($current_price);
$product->set_sale_price($sales_price);
$saved = $product->save();
I clear the WP-Rocket cache for the product:rocket_clean_post($product_id);
Everything works correctly… except that products that are no longer within the set time frame remain on sale (even if they no longer show the sale price but only the regular_price).
Help! Thanks!

Hi, is it possible to schedule this timer? Just using the shortcode – I’d like a timer on the website that counts down to 3:00pm every day (and auto resets) but only Monday to Friday.

Hello! I have a product with an already set scheduled sale price (Aug-Oct) before installing the plugin.
When I installed the plugin, it showed the counter and works as expected.
Issue:
However, when I decided I wanted to change the sale deadline, the “Schedule” function from my product’s general tab disappeared.
I discovered it re-appears by deactivating this plugin. So I have to deactivate this plugin whenever I need to change the sale date? When I activate it again, “schedule” disappears.

]]>Hey there
is there a way to change the font to a custom font?
]]>Hi,
I am testing with 10 products, when I add more products via WP All Import, and with the start and end date values correct, the Countdown timer is not displayed in the product. The way to correct this is by editing each product and saving it, without making any changes, and in this way the counter does appear.
You can help me correct this.
Best regards
Luis

]]>The countdown timers and menus are not working when the website is loaded normally as a visitor. This shows the countdown timers working in the “Elementor” Editor. https://i.imgur.com/fTMMN9n.png
They were showing with 16 zeros on first load after the browser restarted(with days, hours, minutes and seconds enabled). https://i.imgur.com/IsBSf6x.png
Then after reloading the page, the double zeros are gone, and the custom border shows without any numbers. https://i.imgur.com/SIm1K34.png
The menus work in the “Elementor” editor, but not when the website is loaded normally. https://i.imgur.com/FeLiU6t.png
Also it would be great if there was an option to make it automatically reset to count down to the next same week-day the following week. Because I’ve been resetting the countdown timers manually to the same day the following week(we do regular Zoom meetings every weekend at the same times), and a few times the first countdown timer got moved down below the second countdown timer, when I just clicked on the edit button with the “pencil/pen” icon. Might have moved my mouse cursor minutely when clicking on the edit button, but never intended to move it down below the other timer.
Thank you.
Also that “Elementor” Editor doesn’t have a favicon.ico.
Thank you.
]]>Hi guys and thanks for this great plugin.
In the “WooCommerce Product” section there are settings to show on the shop page and on the category page which work perfectly.
It is very common to have featured products on the homepage and even with these two options active the countdown does not show up on the product listing.
You’re probably using the WooCommerce conditional tags is_shop()
and is_product_category()
.
Any change you could create a new option “Show on homepage” and use the WordPress functions is_front_page() || is_home()
.
Maybe this feature already exists on the premium version? If so, we’ll buy it right now. Just tell me if it’s there, or if you consider implementing it on the Free or Premium version.
