Hi, this plugin requires woocommerce to be activated, may i know can i activate the plugin without installing woocommerce plugin?

I downloaded and activated the plugin and changed some of the display settings but there is nothing happening on my site. I also do not see a live preview option anywhere in the settings.

make your plugin more efficient. add separate PC and mobile location display options, since we don’t always want to see the notification in the same place on both sites, it’s not strategic. Example. There is no way to put the notification down on mobile and up on PC, you can’t.

Conflict with WP Bottom Menu plugin (By J4 and LiquidTheme) freezes button links. I already communicated with them there is no mistake there. I tried another fake sales plugin and if it works. the error is your plugin.

I am trying using this plugin so to create a FOMO but it is not showing , As I’m logged in as an administrator I can see the notifications but it not showing if any new person visits to the website

Hi, we tried to set the plugin but we cannot understand correctly how set it to have less popup display times and delay the first popup display.

This plugin is rather cool!

One problem though, and that is concerning external links.

In the display settings, it’s easy enough to create external links by adding target =”_blank” into the ‘Display text in popup’ field.

Is there a way to add external links to the image, rather than the text, so that the whole popup opens a page in a new tab?

Hi and thanks for your plugin that we use in two website.
With gloo.it We had an intrusion problem with a malware and after reinstalling a backup of our site the Salert plugin version 1.1.9 works perfectly, but from the admin dashboard we tried to go to change the side of the popup from right to left but we have an error 500 (only with Salert) and when we don’t have the error the page loads without desktop image and without “save setting” button and we don’t have the possibility to click on any tab.
We increased the php memory and uninstalled the plugin without acting on the database and then reinstalled it, but it gives the same error.
Do you have any idea what we can do?

I’m using Salert just fine on one of my other websites, but somehow it’s not working on oozi.

I can install and activate just fine, but I get a 500 every time I try to go to the Salert plugin from the WordPress dashboard. So, I’m not able to configure a popup.

‘kan dit verzoek momenteel niet verwerken.
HTTP ERROR 500’

I updated everything + increased to php 7.4 lately, didn’t matter.

Any idea how I can fix this?

I think it would be a good idea, for future updates, to include an option to disable the plugin if for non-logged users.

There is a display problem with the close pop up button.

I tried chrome, and the button image comes out overflowing from the popup.

Salert is blocking the minicart from sliding open. When disabling the plugin, my minicart slides open just fine.

I have enabled Salert but I have issues in combination with the minicart from Elementor. I only see the issue when I open the page on my iPhone (not when downsizing on desktop).

Could you please give me guidance on this one? Changing settings from the admin menu or changing css does not appear to resolve the issue. Nor does a CSS foce display:none help in this regard, so I am expecting the issue is deeper seeded in the plugin code.

Your plugin is great and I’m getting started with it on my site.

However I found that the plugin only allows the popup to appear on one of the 4 corners (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right).
Can I change this with any kind of coding, or can you upgrade a feature which allow us to customize the popup position? I’m trying the free version, and might subscribe to premium soon.

Can you please animate the #salertWrapper .popup_position div (and not the #salertWrapper .popup_template), because it has z-index: 99999 and if I have clickable content behind and there is nothing in #salertWrapper .popup_position I can’t click on it.
