I have successfully installed the TikTok Pixel on our website, and it appears to be tracking certain events. However, I have noticed some irregularities in the data and metrics:
In our advertising campaigns, all the metrics are showing as zero. This indicates that the events associated with our campaigns are not being recorded correctly.
When I review the general event summary in the TikTok Pixel dashboard, I am seeing some unusual values that do not align with our actual website activity. For example, there are discrepancies in the “Add to Cart” events, as the numbers seem unusually high for one day . These discrepancies are concerning, as they do not accurately reflect the actual user behavior on our site.
Furthermore, I conducted a test using the TikTok Ads Manager, and for every page view, I noticed an “Add to Cart” event accompanied by an “EMPTY_EVENT_NAME” with a warning triangle . This is perplexing, as there should not be an “Add to Cart” event triggered for every page view, and the presence of the “EMPTY_EVENT_NAME” raises concerns about data integrity.
I have thoroughly reviewed our implementation and configuration of the SAHU TikTok Pixel for E-Commerce, but I cannot identify the source of these issues. I am reaching out to you in the hope that you can provide guidance on what might be causing these discrepancies and how we can rectify them.

I’m having issues where tiktok is seeing all my events like “add to cart” and “place and order” but it does not see “Complete payment” which I’m assuming is the Purchase event.
I believe the purchase event holds the product name, currency, quantity, price and total price.
What am I doing incorrectly as I do see sales on my website 100% (and Facebook pixel for example sees all that info with no issues).

I have multiple Complete Payment conversions but their value is not reported in the “Total Complete Value” field, because of this issue the ROAS is reporting 0.

Vary usefull plugin but i found an error with the add to cart event. it should be triggered when clicking the button “Add to cart” but it doesn’t. Instead, it triggers when you see the cart URL.
Can there be a solution for this?
