My client’s website uses this plugin. Having been informed by Opayo about upcoming updates to Opayo URLs, I’d like to know whether you offer a suitable alternative for supporting Opayo Forms payments which doesn’t require Gravity Forms?
Thanks,
Chris
]]>Hi,
I’m taking on maintenance for this site and making a plan to tackle their priorities.
Their current woo plugin setup is:
WooCommerce
Express Checkout via PayPal for WooCommerce
Woocommerce composite products
Woocommerce gateway sagepay form
They are very keen to add apple/google/(samsung) payments to the site and would also like to stay with Sage:
our Payment Gateway is SagePay, it works with our merchant banks with good rates and holds historic sales data giving quick year-on-year comparisons, so we do not want to change provider unless we have to
When I read about apple and google payments on Woo, it appears that they have integrated this service with Stripe.
Can anyone explain how we could add this functionality without moving away from this plugin?
Bw,
Ben
Hi there,
We’ve set up the plugin with Woocommerce and for some reason, it requests the payment card twice to be able to process the order. This looks to customers that you are paying twice for the same thing!
Would someone please advise whether this is a bug or something that can be sorted on the plugin’s setting?
I have also contacted the SagePay support team in this regard.
Thank you in advance.
Best Regards
]]>Hello, we are trying to update plugins in our ecommerce website and have come across an issue whereby users cannot reach SagePay payment pages when buying products using the WooCommere Product Add-Ons plugin. All other products are fine. We are working on a development site before applying to live site. It looks to us that the problem is caused by a conflict between the WooCommere Product Add-Ons plugin and your SagePay Form Gateway for WooCommerce – we are using: WordPress 5.0.2–en_GB. Are you aware of this conflict and can it be resolved?
The error we see is:

]]>Hello,
I hope you can help me. I updated my site and some plugins. Now Sagepay form has stopped working.
It no longer redirects to sagepay, it just goes to a page with a URL like /checkout/order-pay/XXX/?key=wc_order_XXXXXXXXX,
That just say’s “Pay for Order”,
Lists Order details,
Thank you for your order, please click the button below to pay with SagePay Form.
But there is no button, nor have I seen this page before.
Any ideas?

]]>We are using your plugin on one of our client websites, but few hours back an issue arose when a client tried to do a purchase. It worked fine in Sage Test environment.
This is the error that was received:
The authentication callback message was MALFORMED. No 3D-Authentication occurred!
We have 3D Secure enabled in plugin back end and sagepay admin.
Let me know if you need any more details
Thank you

]]>I am very close to finishing a large product website for a client that uses SagePay and I tested your plugin after installation and it worked fine. Today I attempted to test an order and now it is not going to the credit card payment page. When the “Place Order” button is clicked it gets grayed out and send you to the top of the page now rather than go to the credit card page as it did a few days ago.
I am trying to figure out if the plugin stopped working or if something else happened. I logged in to the clients account at SagePay to see if possibly the encryption password had changed and it has not.
I see that you did an update 2 days ago… could that have effected the processing?
I am not sure what to do, please assist.

]]>We’re using the plugin to sell language courses online and we have setup a number of custom fields (order meta fields), which are included on the ‘New Order’ email confirmation.
This works fine when the customer pays by an offline method such as bank transfer or cheque. However, when they use SagePay, the custom fields (woocommerce_email_order_meta) don’t appear on the confirmation email.
Any ideas?
