I’ve processed test transactions via Test MySagePay.

Why is the customer not receiving order receipt emails. Out of five cards – Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard (Debit) – only two cards got the order receipt email, Visa Electron and MasterCard (Debit)?

Also, both International Maestro and Laser cards resulted to Code 3048:INVALID – The CardNumber length is invalid.

We regularly get a situation where the Sagepay message is contacting authorizing bank but the 3D secure panel does not render, Sagepay then times out due to 15 minutes of inactivity.

Multiple currencies on my site

Hi there,

Thanks for the great plugin, I’ve used it on every UK-based WooCommerce site I’ve built.

I am currently using WPML (WordPress MultiLingual) to enable multiple currencies on a client’s site (just GBP, USD and EUR, all supported by SagePay). The plugin allows users to switch currencies when viewing the site.

The problem, I think, is that the SagePay plugin will always use its own admin setting for currency (WooCommerce > Settings > Checkout > SagePay Direct) when it processes the transaction, instead of using the current site currency as chosen on the frontend.

Is there any way for me to enable the SagePay plugin to use the currently active currency in WooCommerce?

Hi All!
I have just updated WooCommerce SagePay Direct Payment Gateway and the following error shows up when i try to click on woocommerce settings:

we have problem with sagepay plugins because after ordering orders arent vissible in woocommerce dashboard. I found new release (beta) of your plugin moth ago and it fixed the issue but in the meantime we had crash on our server and i need this new release once again. Unfortunately i cant find that archive now. Can you give me a link to that new release? I’d be grateful.

This has been raised before but is there any change regarding integration of Sagepay Tokens (One click)? Many customers are used to Amazon click and go which negates the need to enter any billing, delivery or card details, a feature like this for WordPress / Woocommerce would be beneficial.

Hi,

Firstly thanks for this plugin, so straightforward to setup! Got the test product purchased and refunded fine. Only since when I go to either update or edit a product I’ve been having an ongoing frustrating server error. It seems unrepairable and to restore the site to try again I have to create a new database and import my backup. I did get this once before I installed this plugin though a while back, so it might not be related I’d just like to rule it out!

Could you possibly shed some light on what this means from my error log?!

Once the error happens there is nothing I can do, it seems the database is not recoverable. Tried changing the name of the plugins folder, and each time I try dropping the database tables to import the backup sql file but nothing works. I have to create another database and import the backup which restores the site. I can then purchase products, even click around in woocommmerce in the back end until I try updating a product which does the same all over again!

Hi,

I am using this plugin and it works great however I need to add a 2% fee to visa and mastercard payments. I see in SagePay control panel I can add subcharges but these do not apply to lower than version 3, is there a newer version of this plugin or a way to add a fee to specific cards?

Redirect Issue

We have an issue with SagePay Direct where it redirects back to the cart after payment has been made and processed – the order successfully goes through into the system, but it doesn’t clear the cart and simply redirects the user after paying back to the checkout –> pay page.

When paying via paypal the payment is taken and successfully redirects to the order complete page.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

Thank you very much for creating this plug-in I’m just having a bit of an issue with a test purchase. I’m getting the following error message:

My payment gateway response is as follows:

Everything seems to go well and the website sends me to the verified by Visa test box which asks you to simply type “password” to verify, but after doing this the transaction falls apart.

It should be noted that the transaction is pointing at the sagepay test server and the payment is only for ￡0.01. Is the bank declining the transaction because of the configuration or the low amount to be processed?

American Express Payment

Users reporting they cannot use American Express as a form of payment with this plugin. Checked with Sagepay and they should be able to use it.

Any ideas?

Hello, this looks to be a wonderful little plugin. I’ve installed Woocommerce but there’s an awful lot of dev work still to be done to that as well as adding stock. That will take some time.

That having been said, we do have a website and a SagePay account. How could I provide a payment gateway using this plugin so that people who have, say, purchased over the telephone and wish to pay… How could I provide a single, simple link on the website to facilitate this?

The checkout on our website was working till Monday, since then when you try to checkout all you get is an error message

No one has as far as I know accessed the site

Hi,

I get the error message when I place an order. I have been in contact with my host to obtain my dedicated IP address on my secure cart and added it into my approved IP addresses in Sage Pay. I have contacted Sage Pay and they have not found a solution yet. I am running TEST mode.

Can you provide any support?

Deferred is spelt wrong

Using the test mode in sagepay direct, Transition Type is set as deferred in woocommerce.

The following error is highlighted below

vpsprotocol=2.23 txtype=DEFFERRED paymenttype=DEFFERRED

Sagepay direct advise it is spelt wrong as above, what is the course of action ?

Works 100% correct in transition type as payment, and authenticated

Can you please advise ?
