I have a need to filter Upper Case letters to be shifted to Lower Case.

Or at least verify a duplicate in Upper or Lower case is not created.

Example:
-“Dude.jpg” exists in the system
-“dude.jpg” is uploaded
-This creates TWO files.
-This creates havoc when attempting to backup to a Windows system, as both files appear to be same in Windows.
