Hi there,
I just installed this plugin but the video/audio call options are greyed out. The page is HTTPS. What should I do?

]]>Hi,
I have installed your plugin and I have activated “Guests” under Social Login and
I also have ticked
#User authentication required
Automatic login (using your own user base) – removes the login interface#
but unfortunately when accessing the chat room, it says “this is private chat page”.
Could you please help me setting this up correctly? When this will work as it should we will upgrade to a paid plan.
I also have opened a ticket yesterday but did not get any response yet from you.
Thanks for your assistance and your effort.

Daniel
Hi. Is it possible to automatically turn on the chat room so it goes from offline to online between certain times? For example, we would like chat to only be available on Mondays and Thursdays between 2 and 3 pm, but offline and showing an offline message at all other times. It could be that this feature is only available in the paid version, but I couldn’t find any info. Thanks!

Thanks,
]]>Hi I am currently testing this plugin for a corporate website
When logged in with my admin account, I see the chat room fine; however, users registered via the ultimate member plugin cannot view the chat, instead they receive the ‘This chat-room is for private users only’ message.
I have ‘Members’ selected in the plugin settings, ‘guests’ selected within the Social Login Option and ‘User authentication required’ checked.
Thanks

I would like to create a website that allows people to join a live discussion. the only condition that the client asked for that I couldn’t properly decipher. He wants me to develop a solution that asks a user to login when they hit a new discussion. it then checks whether or not the client is logged in to that very discussion. if not so it asks them to login then they can do the rest.
With each logging in, they only view the discussion after commenting.
Please lemme know if this is something your plugin can do
Hi, I’m just testing out and it looks interesting, I have some questions, please.
1. Buddypress profile pic does not show. Not even Gravatar will show. When will this be supported?
2. If private message is not responded to, it repeats every 2 min, ad nauseum. Is there a way to disable that?
3. Is it possible to try a demo of the 1-1 audio/video chat feature somewhere?
Thanks.
]]>Can you explain why I am unable to complete my Rumble Talk download.

Hello,
I understood that your plugin is connected to your API.
I would appreciate all of datas, discussions, files attached, etc are kept on my wordpress website server. Is that the case ?
Many thanks for your help.
I am trying to get the WordPress / BuddyPress account integration working. I have followed the instructions on the API page and installed the plugin.
The chat room appears, but says “This chat-room is for private users only” This happens regardless of if a user is logged in or not to the site.
I have made sure in the RumbleTalk settings page that Allow login as Guest is checked as per the documentation.
Any advice would be appreciated.
]]>I had three questions before purchasing your plugin.
1.) Within the Group Chat, will the presenter have the capability to share his screen? We work with a stock trader and it is very important to him to have the capability to share his screen with people in the chat.
2.) We want the chat to be gated, for members and non-members. Is there a membership plugin you recommend that your group chat plugin would be compatible with?
3.) Can you please help me understand roles? I’m assuming that there will be an admin but can you have two people be an admin at once?
]]>is there compatible/will there be support for use with “Ultimate Member”?
(I searched the forum to double check, just now, and yep– no other queries on the matter)
Thank you,
]]>I can’t fine the FB button shown that will PROMPT me to enter a page.
Can I use RumbleTalk in my Facebook page?
Yes, RumbleTalk easily integrates into a Facebook page. This means that your online community can bring your website visitors and your Facebook visitors together all at once, making your audience larger and closer.
From the admin panel, click on the Facebook button, you’ll then be prompted to choose a Facebook page to add your RumbleTalk group chat to. It’s that easy.
]]>We are running it now, and have tried two ways.
We are using the floating, so we just want the balloon to appear on every page that is viewed. If they want to join in, they click it.
We’ve tried putting code in the footer and also using widgets.
Works ok, but when viewing the via mobile device, the Click to Join bar does not work.
I know I’m missing something simple.
Hello,
I just installed the plugin. I then purchased a plan. On my page when using the short-code it says “Trial for up to 4 people”. I paid for a premium plan 50 people 1 room. It should not say “Trial..” in ribbon on upper right of display.
The secret code is in place and correct and has not picked up on that I paid for a plan.
Thank you.

]]>I have installed the plugin and actually have upgraded the plugin (though that does not seem to be showing in my RumbleTalk account as it still has the “upgrade” button; however, there is no option for audio or video conferencing.
When I click on someone’s name and get the private chat window, there are no icons to match those on the help page.
Further, there is no request for Rumble talk to use the camera or mic, and I don’t know how to share that with an app that doesn’t ask.
I have tried using both the floating chat and private chat codes.

I’d like to know if the plugin offers the feature of having private conversations with more than 1 friend and if the plugin imposes any limit regarding the number of chat users, or if that only depends on my server’s capacity.
