Not sure there is solution or update for this.
We are using 696×522 images in our news posts to comply with some Google shenanigans for snippets and AMP. We also create the 600×450 and 300×225 images from the WP admin panel.
However, when plugin active, rather than making the image 600×450, and fallback 300, we end up with

in the body within the RSS feed.
I set the thumbnail size to medium (300×300) but don’t see the images being resized in Mailchimp.
Thanks!
Not sure what happened, but with the update I’m no longer able to retain my aspect ratio and size 600 pixels wide. It was working before and the settings also seem to have changed so that 600 wide isn’t an option. Help!
Thank you for writing this plugin, it’s extremely useful for those of us who don’t know how to code. Would it be possible to be able to have custom sizes? I want my RSS feed to show the pictures in the same dimensions as my blog but need to limit the width to about 600 for email campaigns. Thanks!
Hello Morgan
Thanks for creating this plugin which works well. The only issue I have is that it just displays a large image in a smaller format, rather than substituting one of the smaller versions available in the WordPress Media library. For example, it would be nice to have “full-size” images on the website and “medium” images in the RSS feed. (The idea is that I want to save bandwidth.)
If you are able to develop this I would be happy to pay. Please contact me at steve [at] archetype [hyphen] it [dot] com
Thanks.

Changing image size in settings causes an error due to obsolete usage of check_admin_referer().

I currently have your plugin turned off but a post with two different types of images can be found here

Hello, sounds very useful but I only read negative comments here.
Does it work with any of the 2 FB plugins available out there (FD Feedburner or RS Feedburner)?
How do you need to enter the size value – with or without “px”?
Thanks.
