I wanted to ask you if there’s any possibilities in updating Simplicity Save for Later for the latest WordPress version? Not only it’s the perfect plugin for the job, but it also has a great UI experience.
hi

Is it possible to have a shortcode for default post type and another one for custom post types? For example:
[display_default_post_type]
[display_custom_post_type]
[display_custom_post_type_2]
I do not know english ?? the problem is that when we click on the Add to favorites button, the notification button at the bottom right is constantly standing there, not disappearing. How do we get lost after a certain period of time (like 1 second)? or how do we completely close the notification button? Thank you

do you know if there is a short code I can add to simplicity save for later – to make the save for later items I save show up on the save for later page? I did something and lost the results form. any short code I can add to make the saved for later items results box display again?
Hi!
I’d like to use your plugin but after activation I got this warning message:
The plugin generated 64 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
Also it would be great to have a widget or shortcode to display the most all-users bookmarked posts.
Best regards
Nicolas
Thank you for the plugin.
it works fine when I integrate it from the plugin setting area.
but it does not work when I add it to any page with code.
what can i do?
[simplicity-save-for-later] – it appears to have worked by manually adding this code to any page, but the content on the watch page does not.
Can anyone assist me with the CSS code to change the title on the Saved for Later page from Aqua to another color?
Thank you,
Lu Post
Could it make category?
I mean I would like to have 2 bookmarks icon : favorite, save for later.
and for each one have a page list.
Hi,
Is there is any way to change the black icon to a different icon?
Thanks,
Hello guys,
Great plugin. Simple and powerful. Congrats!
Instead of using the shortcode to display the button at the end of post content, is it possible to use a php code?
Thanks and keep the good work!
Hi.
Great plugin, by the way. Is there a way to add an option to print all the saved posts / pages?
Thank You!
Hello,
Is there a way to disable the “Published Date” information for the saved listings on the the Saved for Later page?
For example, the page displays this listing:
Returns
FEBRUARY 28, 2017
I would like that either we do not display the published date FEBRUARY 28, 2017, or, instead of the “Published Date”, we display the “Last Modified Date”.
Thank you.

My members also can not saving, as they logged in.
Hello Ratkosolaja,
Thank you for this great plugin. Is it possible to show the “Save for Later” text next to the bookmark icon, inside the
-tag? The same way the “See Saved” text is displayed. I know the “Save for Later” text is shown in the tooltip, but I am not sure if everybody would understand it…
Thank you!
Eva
Hi Ratkosolaja
It appears that the plugin is working as expected in the single post. But the plugin broke when we do “save for later” in the post listing page. What happens is that if we click “save for later” for the first post and this action is applied to all other post listed on the same page.
Could you please let us know how to resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Osb
Hi,
On single pages and all standard implementation pages such as save posts, it works great. The issue I have is in any custom loops It appears the post data is not passing to the shortcode.
I appreciate this is not the standard set-up but is there any way I can pass the post id to the shortcode. Or get [simplicity-save-for-later] working in a custom loop outside the single page?.
Thanks in advance. Examples below.
<?php if (have_posts()) : while (have_posts()) : the_post(); ?>
<?php echo do_shortcode('[simplicity-save-for-later]'); ?>
<?php echo the_title(); ?>
<?php endwhile; endif; ?>
<?php
$my_query = new WP_Query( "p=$id" );
if ( $my_query->have_posts() ) {
while ( $my_query->have_posts() ) {
$my_query->the_post();
echo do_shortcode('[simplicity-save-for-later]');
echo the_title();
// the_content();
}
}
wp_reset_postdata();
?>
<?php
query_posts( "p=$id" );
while ( have_posts() ) : the_post();
echo do_shortcode('[simplicity-save-for-later]');
echo the_title();
endwhile;
// Reset Query
wp_reset_query();
?>

Even though I have many other bookmarked posts, whenever I remove one of them I get the message “You don’t have any saved content.” and the “Delete All” button disappears.
What could be causing something like that?
The “save for later” page is created and the small sign in black also appears at the end of the post or page as I indicated on the admin page. The same when I use the shortcode.
But when a post is saved without using the designing of the plugin, the button with number of saved items that leads to the “save for later” page appears somewhere below the
of my webpage. The counter always stays on 0, but the link in the “0” leads to the right page. But this “save for later” page only always says that there are no saved posts yet. This for so far I don’t use the special designing. When I do use this nothing happens at all, there isn’t even a new button below the
tag.
Neither do the texts we can edit in the admin show up anywhere. And I didn’t see a checkbox to enable the minimized version, but maybe that is meant by “Do you want to use our styling” on the admin page when you don’t check this. In any case when I check this “on” nothing happens anymore and the button design stays as it was.
Maybe the plugin uses some typical div classes as “content”? Then I have to change my theme, it is an unofficial one.
Another question just for information. Does the plugin when used for logged in users work with IP or with the usermaeta?
I added this plugin only two days after the last update. Thanks for help.
Hi Team,
I’m using Twenty Seventeen Child Theme and Simplicity Save For the Later plugin to save posts. Here I used the plugin shortcode- [simplicity-save-for-later] to display the Save For Later icon on the homepage to “Save/Remove” posts. It’s working fine.
But, In the archive page, I have listed all posts based on category wise. Here the icon displayed and posts are not saved/removed. The Functionality to Save/Remove is not working. Please help me to resolve this problem.

Hello there!
Congratulations, your plugin is so cute and delicate, a very elegant solution. Just what I was looking for!
Maybe I missed something but the button and the display with the saved for later keep disappearing after I hover them, and only come back refreshing the page. I would like both of them to be fixed in position, the display after the first save, like in the live demo.
I am using the latest wordpress and tried both on localhost and live, is it the same. Can you help me?
Thank you in advance!
Just an FYI, all of my bookmark/save buttons disappeared on the latest update. I rolled it back to the previous version and it works fine.. Just wanted to let you know..
Hey great plugin!
One question..
1. At the moment you only see the title of the post on the page where the saved posts are displayed but i also want the post content or even better only a specific amount of the post content to show up under the title. Is that possible?
Bye!
When I hit save, the popup comes up with a “1” and the console registers the “1”, but If I go to another post and hit the save button, it still says “1”. If I go to the saved-for-later (on /library/my-bookmarks) page, I cannot see any posts saved.
Basically it appears not to be saving.
Please take a look: kenboa.wpengine.org
The bookmarks page is: https://kenboa.wpengine.com/library/my-bookmarks/
Thank you!
In my local environment, I can see the save button.
On the server environment (WPEngine.com) the button disappears. The link is still there, but the SVG is not. And even when I click on the link, nothing happens.
On the server environment, I’ve disabled all other plugins and am running theme “Twenty Seventeen”. Everything is updated.
Any idea what may be happening?
When a link is added to the bookmark page it is getting cut off and the whole link is not displaying..
Hello!
First i want to say that this is a great plug-in! Thanks for that!
How do i get the images that belongs to the favorites in the favorites page? It would be great to have that.
If that is posible than i would give this plug-in a 6* rating ??
Thanks and regards,
