Впервые ы жизни пользуюсь плагином Elementor к нему претензий нет, поддержка и все заявленные функции работают отлично. Чего не скажешь про Royal Elementors addons. Подписалась на платную версию, в основном потому что понравились симпатичные темы у них. Сразу после установки начались проблемы, при первом же обновлении плагина вырубился сайт (белый экран). Это проблему помогали решить мой разработчик и поддержка Elementor хотя фатальная ошибка возникла в плагине Royal Elemebtor Addons. Но от них так и получила ответа.

Относительно шаблонов, с виду красивые, но HTML коде полно ошибок, например два заголовка H1 и множество других. Написала с вопросом как это исправить четвертый день тишина.

Можете пользоваться если хотите но на поддержку не рассчитывайте никто Вам не ответит и не поможет!

Their plugin cost me weeks of work because they can’t write a simple warning prompt that says there plugin will delete all your previous content when you add their kits. The better alternative would have been to build a better plugin that doesn’t erase and replace content, but instead adds the kit or converts the current site to new kit that can be reverted to. They obviously didn’t put enough time and effort to build and design a safe plugin. Use one of their competitors.
