When I try to zoom in on an image using two fingers on my phone, the zoom happens too abruptly and uncontrollably, which disrupts the view of the entire page. ]]>I support a site built by another developer. Their SEO person said their Google Tag scripts are duplicated and after digging around it turns out the entire <head> section is duplicated. After quite a bit of experimentation it appears to be related to some kind of conflict between the Astra theme and Royal Elementor Addons and Templates.
The extra <head> section goes away when I disable the plugin and reappears when I re-enable it. Similarly it goes away if I switch to a different (classic) theme and returns if I re-enable Astra.
Summary:
0 The problem occurs even when all other plugins are disabled.
– The problem goes away if I disable the Royal plugin, or
– The problem goes away if I switch from Astra to a different classic theme
Have you seen this behavior elsewhere? Can you suggest solutions? Thanks.

]]>I’m experiencing issues with Royal Elementor Addons today. Whenever I try to create or edit a page, the entire layout shifts to one side of the screen, and everything appears as black and white boxes. I can’t click to add or remove sections, and the only message displayed above the boxes is: “Drag widget here.”
When I deactivate the addon, everything works fine and functions as normal. I suspect this issue might be related to the recent WordPress/Elementor update.

My mobile header includes my logo (text) on the left and an offcanvas menu by royal addons on the right.
Yet the logo doesn’t display anymore as the offcanvas menu immediately shows up dropped down, although I haven’t clicked on the menu button to open it, it opens by itself.
The menu is not covering the web page anymore, there’s no overlay showing, the page sections are actually following the menu which looks now like a fixed section.
Neither the menu button or the close button even show.

I’ve designed and published your Mailchimp popup and everything works as expected (including adding the contact to my MC contacts) but it never sends the customer a confirmation email. I made sure it was the popup by adding a form I created in MC to my footer for signup and that works as expected. So there’s something about the popup itself that isn’t triggering the email.
I’ve made sure to connect the API to the settings in RE and included the Recaptcha keys. I’m not running WP SMTP which is what I’m thinking could be the problem (when I did have this, it was causing some issues so I removed it). Does it need to integrate with a mail sender in order to work right? I really do need it to send the welcome email and confirmation email (both set up in MC) using this popup as it includes the coupon code in it.

The email that gets sent after submitting the form was this:

The problem is as you can see that “Email” is followed by “Your Email” and “Message” is followed by “Your Message”. The shortcode is automatically adding the labels and I’ve been trying all day but it doesn’t seem like there’s any way to prevent this or two write a custom email template.

I have to say in advance that I am a beginner in WP. I put together an elementor website using the Post Grid/Slider/Carousel addon. It worked, after about 3 months I entered the site to make a few more changes, and I see that the assembled Post Grid/Slider/Carousel is not working, so no changes have been made to the site.
