Hello,
This plugin is unfortunately not working with Rocket Chat 3.4.2 and current version of WordPress. Is there any chance to update this plugin?
Regards
Devs, the JS produced by the plugin is outdated, the version number has been removed from the URL. It should look like this now:

Hello,
after I installed the newest version rocket.chat will not displayed on the website. with the version before no problems. at the moment i can’t use the plugin. i tested the plugin on two default wordpress sites.
Please help!
I have installed rocket.chat on one of my server to test it out. It works and when I enable livechat I can make it work by going to example.org/livechat.
When I try to integrate it to wordpress it does not change anything to my page.
In another forum I found that some people made it work by adding the livechat script to a text widget but that also did not work for me.
Are there people that still have this online, does it still work with latest wordpress updates?
Is there a plan to introduce the rest of the rocket chat functions?
How to support?
Not a support or question but a lot of people don’t seem to understand the point of this plugin. This is not going to create a chat in your WordPress.
This is made to tie a LiveChat on your WordPress site to a Rocket.Chat server !
So you need a server! (you can host WordPress + Rocket.Chat on the same server easily with Docker for example)
Once you have the Rocket.Chat up and running you can easily enable LiveChat on your Rocket.Chat administration panel. Then the chat will run on your website. Messages are sent to your chat server.
Hi!
To display the chat in my site I gone to my rocket chat installation and enabled the livechat in /admin/Livechat
It’s simple! Good plugin!
Hi;
I just install a fresh Rocket.Chat 0.57.2 and WordPress 4.8 then try to link them together
on my Rocket.Chat Livechat is enabled and leave Livechat allowed domains blank for the test.
on the wordpress I install your plugins than activate it with the url.
when I’m going on my website, I tried with firefox and chrome I could tell it make the request on Rocket.Chat and load the frame but on screen I see nothing ?
Do I need a special widget or theme or inserting code somewhere ?
Regards!
Jonathan
Hi.
I don’t really understand how to use you plugin.
I have visited you website…. it seams dedicated to bing company (who need dedicated server), and not simple Wp site.
In other words, is there a 100% free , and 1min installation way to use your plugin or not ?
(When I read your website I have the feeling that not)
I have installed the plugin to display LiveChat through our website. However, I don’t see any documentation on how to get it to actually display.
I have added the URL to our Chat Server in the settings, but how do I include the chat on a given page?
