Hi, first of all, this plugin doesn’t support multi currencies as the amoun remain same which we input in setting up while we change the currency in checkout. Secondly, in amount calculation it doenst consider extra fee. example, product amount and shipping calculating to pay on cod but we enter an extra amount on COD that is not considering in doing total.

Our requirement is:
We have 2 product categories.
1. CategoryMobiles
2. CategoryAccessories

We need a partial amount (20%) in case of COD option for categoryMobiles from a buyer.
We are able to do this in Free Version.
Along with it, We do not want to show COD option for categoryAccessories. We want COD option to be completely removed for categoryAccessories.

Can this be achieved by RiskFree Pro Plugin? If yes, then how?

Hello thanks for this beautiful plugin but I have a issue my store is based in India and when a product has a gst(tax) applied then the payment processor is getting hidden . But if I remove the tax slab on the product then I am able to charge the minimum amount as described in the plugin with my payment processor.

If customer is making partial payment then customer should not be able to add promo code. Depending on admin settings customer can add promo code too.
Like in my site if user is applying firstorder50 promo code then even when user is making partial payment then also he is able to get discount. This shouldn’t be some time.

Please tell me is it possible?

Can you please provide some extra functionality in your premium plugin then I will go for premium plugin too.

Required Features:

I should have the option that wheather I want to apply the extra fees all the time or only when user goes for COD (It should be available in free version too).

Customer must get OTP verification (only when he choose cash on delivery) or even when paying full amount online (Depending on Admin Settings).

Customer order must be then confirmed and customer must be informed via Email & SMS regarding the balance amount, he has to pay once the order is reached to him.

If customer is making partial payment then customer should not be able to add promo code. Depending on admin settings customer can add promo code too.

Extra Fees is always charged, even when customer is not making partial transaction.
I want that extra fees will be available only when customer is making cash-on-delivery with some advance amount.

I don’t see this feature in your pro plugin too.

I have installed free version of Risk Free Cash On Delivery (COD) – WooCommerce Plugin. But it is not at working. I have tested it on my domain. Without using it every thing is working fine, I tested. But when I am activating the plugin then Final Place Order ? Pay option is not coming.
I have latest version of WordPress. Everything was absolutely fine before installing the plugin. Can you give me some idea that why it is not working?
