I tried to purchase the premium version and got a Stripe error. (No API key provided.) Tried to use the contact form on the website and this gave me an error.

I have connected to REX account and sync’d data
Sync’d data successfully.

Rex listing is not rendering. What could be the reason?

We have set up the webhook and filled out all of the account information but when I attempt to manually sync, the log says [2023-12-11T00:02:45+00:00] No listings are downloaded, process stopped

The account has been validated.
We put in a support request through the premium support on the website but have had no response.
