Hi,
I have the full pro verions of the plugin installed. version 3.5.8. I am trying to find some customers and their reward points information, by typing their email address into the customer search field. However this only seems to work for customers visibly listed below. Our website has approximately 3000 user accounts so most of the data is not visible. Also below the list there are 44 tabs, but if I click on the last visible tab it only shows people whose names begin with ‘F’, so most of our customer ifmration is not vsisible. Is there something which needs to be set up to view the remaining data?

On the cart page, the notification shows “0 points will be awarded for first order”.

]]>It would be nice to allow the “referral” for points option to work more than 1 time. How can we change that setting? It seems to only allow for a 1 time use and that’s when a new customer signs up.
Many people will not refer a friend to a website until AFTER they have purchased products and are happy. Once happy then customers usually refer friends.

]]>The plugin does not work. I just purchased the premium version. I do not see the option to APPLY POINTS on the cart or checkout page. It didn’t even show with the free version so I thought I had to use the premium version to see it. My site is https://www.inventelectronics.com and I am using OSWAD Theme. I have already enabled the option to show the APPLY POINTS BUTTON. Also in the users account, the number of points he has does not even display.
I noticed that other users are having the same issue on the support forum which have not been resolved. I will be glad if the issue is fixed ASAP. However, If the plugin is incompatible I would like to have a refund.
