I’ve been using this plugin for one of my sites sportshanger.com.cy and it has helped a lot as customers receive a discount coupon when they review a product they have already bought.

Installed unknownly by a Fiverr guy so we could get reviews to post with most recent first. Turned images and font size HUGE. Had to deactivate. Using Buddyboss platform.

I cannot thank these folks enough, one for a great plugin! Two for fixing something that no-one knew had to fix! Right at the time of deciding to move the entire site to a new theme, they got it done!
The plugin is super easy to use! Has all of the bells and whistles! I love that it auto-sends emails for coupon codes and that customers can upload before and after photos.

This is the best and easiest Reviews plugin I’ve EVER used!
I’m amazed at how advanced this is, but it’s free! There are other sections that are part of the ‘Pro’ plugin, meaning you need to pay for this, but really there’s no need because of how good this is. I’m VERY impressed.
Download it and try! It’s INCREDIBLE.

Configuration didn’t work even though I followed the tutorial. I contacted the customer service and it took them 2 months(!!) to try and provide a solution. The solution they presented ruined my entire website! They said they needed staging site access to fix the configuration, and while they were on it they deactivated essential plugins on my website, downloaded and activated some other plugins and I had to fix all these issues because the website wasn’t useable after that! What a joke. Worst product and service ever

A great Reviews plugin for WooCommerce.
It has all the functionality needed for a productive review collecting application but still needs a bit of finesse on organizing the settings on the Admin dashboard.
Easy to access Review pages would allow easier access to the information you check frequently such as Reviws approval.
Looking forward to seeing improvements to the software and making it the primary plugin to manage reviews on all our client’s websites.

ReviewX is a must have plugin. The features the plugin comes with enhances the WooCommerce review section and gives your customers the ability to upload pictures. The plugin also has a PRO version (which I use) which does more but the free version should suffice for some people who are looking to add image uploads for their customers in reviews and to overall make the review section look more pleasing. I am very pleased with the plugin and looking forward to seeing more features.

Thats the fourth or fifth time, I saw a promising Plugin from WPDeveloper, when I thought, well… this could solve a lot of problems.
So, I installed this plugin and thought: lets make it pro. So I bought the Pro license and tried to configure the plugin. After a few checks, I saw, this plugin is a mess:
1) Elementor Structure is not created as its recommended by Elementor (every style option is in the “Content”-Tab and Styles Tab is not available
2) There is no option to deactivate elements like the Avatar image
3) I think, its not GDPR compliant, its saving IP Adresses to avoid multiple comments from a User
4) the markup is a mess. Just one example: Comments-Divs are wrapped by List-Elements. In my opinion, list-Elements are inline-objects.
I could list a few of more list, but its not my task as “end-user” to test your plugin.

The default Woocommerce reviews block was conflicting horribly with my profile system, leading to huge formatting errors. I tried multiple review plugins to address this, and many did not work.
ReviewX is the one that sorted it. What a relief it was to load the page and see my reviews displaying correctly!
This plugin is clean, easy to configure, and has great customisation. The team behind it have created a brilliant product. I eventually bought a lifetime license of the Pro version. Thank you for your work!
