Hi,
we noticed that the link dropdown in widgets has no more the choice for the Trustpilot page or any other link excepted for your Trustindex summary page.
What happened?
Thanks
]]>Hi,
I wonder if there is a way to anonymize that appear in the boxes?
Thanks Tracey
]]>Since a few days the Trustpilot logo has disappeared.
The browser console reports a 404 for this image:
https://cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform//logo.svg
How to replace with this one (or a better one maybe)?

Thanks
]]>Hi there, the last 2 updates Trustpilot logo disappeared from the widget,
It loaded from the CDN and the CDN link is broken – https://cdn.statically.io/img/cdn.trustindex.io/assets/platform/Trustpilot/logo.svg
Can you also make it available to load from the website and not from an external CDN source?
Can you repair that asap, thank you!
I installed the plugin and did two manual updates of my trustpilot reviews. A couple of days later Ive gone to do a manual update of my reviews again and the button has disappeared???
]]>Howdy,
out of 8 TrustPilot reviews that are made – and that are collected by your plugin after downloading reviews – only 5 are shown on the page. ‘Show all’ is selected. Tried refreshing cache, disabling it, but to no avail. I’m using the first layout available.
Am I missing something?
Hello,
I have 10 different posts for 10 different companies (they are all listed on Trustpilot). I would like to show reviews from Trustpilot for each company on each post that I have created for the company. How can we do this? Is it possible to use variable in the shortcode to indicate a Trustpilot company ID, etc so that only that company’s reviews will be shown by the shortcode?
Thanks
]]>Is this plugin okay to use to display trustpilot reviews? Their actual plugin is complete crap and this plugin is way better and phenomenal.
However, I received an email from trustpilot’s accounts executive stating violating their guidelines and to remove their badge and reviews (and to discuss paid plans with them)
Not sure if a sales plan or if we’re actually violating anything .

]]>Hi,
My company’s rating on trustpilot is excellent but from the widget, it shows good.
Is there anything I can do to make the rating level reflect accurately?
]]>Will this work with the free version of Trustpilot or do you need to have upgraded to paid version?
]]>Hi everyone … I have implemented your plugin to view my trustpilot reviews.
I noticed that not even a review is displayed on mobile: is it not possible to make the review slider still visible?
]]>Successfully downloaded the plugin, but I’m stuck on the first step of setting it up where I need to connect my Trustpilot page to the plugin.
Although I type in the correct Company Name it doesn’t connect. It’s unclear whats going on since there is no feedback after I attempt to search for my company, it just refreshes the page with no changes.
It’s worth noting that I set up the plugin successfully on a different WordPress site using the same email/username.
]]>Hello,
After creating an account in your website, it shows Widget Display Counter 0/300. What is that actually and how its calculated?
Thanks
