The plugin’s title actually characterises it ideally. It truly is a review builder. You can just use the basics but you can also customise it a lot in PRO.
So yeah there are many cool review plugins out there. So why pick this over others?
After spending 2 days (probably researching maybe all of them) I concluded this one has some unique features and has the ones I like.
One of them is disabling overall score (so you won’t be so “harsh” with your products)
and 3 rating types to choose from.
The unexpected part of the goodness was the customer support. They are so prompt to help and accommodate my needs, even when I was at the free version.

One should absolutely buy the Pro version which adds schema.org tags.
I had some special requirementes and their developer did a great job including my requirements into the standard version. Best of all: He even explained what he did so I could modify the script whenever required.
And all this for the very humble fee for the Pro version.
Absolute exceptional value for the money. Highly recomended.

This is a quite handy plug-in! I used the free version and that has a lot of functionality.
Also good support and for a free version this is quite rare!
The only thing that could be improved is that when editing a review you have to go through all set-up screens to be able to save your change.

Had some problems with both PRO and reg plugin. After emailing the support team i got a response within a couple of hours. Since they couldn’t find the problem from the outside i provided a temp login. And they fixed everything! (Turned out to be the connection with the theme.)

Great plugin. What I really like:
– It is very nicely designed and easy to use;
– You can control user ratings and prevent spams / duplicates;
– Nice integration and rankings with shortcodes.
The main downsides:
– You cannot allow for single ratings from users – you need at least one category. So it is best for ranking products with different criteria;
– You cannot be notified of new ratings by email unless you subscribe to the pro version.

Great plugin! I upgraded to pro and it’s definitely worth it. It’s way more customizable and you can change the size of the images.
I had a couple nit-picky things that I wanted to change – and the developers are super responsive to emails and were able to make the specific changes I wanted. Ani and Alexa are awesome! Thank you so much for putting up with all my questions and requests!
