Hi,
I have installed your plugin and it works very well for my logo and footer image. Simple and effective. Great.
However it doesn’t work for my callout widget with text on left and graphics on the right (hand with mobile phone).
Could you please let me know why it doesn’t recognize my @2x.jpeg image “[email protected]?
Could you verify please?
Thomas
Plugin doesn’t work. No answer from plugin author since 3 months.
The idea of the plugin is awesome and people would like to have it back working.
Thanks.
]]>Hi,
Is this plugin still maintained and do you have a pro version?
Thanks
Steve
I’m getting 404 errors on an image where no retina is provided. I assumed the plugin looks to see if there is retina, otherwise ignores it? Isn’t that the point? Or am I not using it correctly?
Usage: images in a theme (php template file). Activated plugin. Couldn’t find any other options.
Should I be calling the images in a different way (they haven’t been uploaded via Media, I am developing the site locally)
Thanks!
]]>Hello Wouter.
Sorry for getting back at you by creating a new topic, but I presume you didn’t see my questions in the other topic because it was set to “resolved”.
I set up a new test site here, with only your plugin and the Twenty Seventeen theme. A naked page with 4 images. If high resolution is rendered then the image shows a red “hires” hint.
Neither on a small screen hires smartphone (viewport 720*1280) nor on a hires tablet computer (1600*2560) do I see any hires rendering …
I would very much appreciate your help! Thanks
]]>Hi.
I installed the plugin, activated it.
I uploaded a double sized version of an image.jpg, named [email protected]
I placed the image.jpg in a page, then published that page.
Viewing it on a normal resolution screen (desktop) I see image.jpg, as expected.
On a hires screen (Samsung Galaxy TabS or Galaxy A3) I expect to see [email protected] but I see the image.jpg.
What’s going wrong here?
Thanks for helping!!
Hi,
I love this plugin, but on my site the background images do not show the @2x version. Is there a solution for that?
Thank you.
