Hi,
I love the plugin, and it has made it easy for me to add my resume to my website.
However I would like to have my basic wordpress nav menu at the top that I have on all of my other pages. I would also like the option of adding widgets like translator, or print. Is there a way to do this?
thanks,
Lizzie
Hello,
Love your plugin but having some issues with it. When I make a new page and select Resume Page I lose both my theme’s background as well as the menu at the top.
]]>Just have a question in my mind. Can I use it with buddypress for the users?
]]>Hi Nick,
Thanks for your great plugin.
I’ve successfully integrated the plugin into a child theme but I’m having trouble styling it with CSS?
The CSS selectors found using Chromes inspector do not work when using the plugin built Custom CSS or when I use the My Custom CSS plugin?
Example: I’m trying to remove the container background colour by using:
.resume-wrap flat {
background-color:none;
}
Also the resume bio info is being position under the bio image and not to the right-hand side as it should be?
But this doesn’t work am I missing something here?

Hello,
Building a resume with the plugin easy and simple. All the options under a single post type and a page is a comfortable.
I did found some issue and would like to mention here:
1) The plugin threw an error message with the gallery if use the themes Twenty- twelve, twenty thirteen and several others. That error don’t appear with Themify’s themes. I wonder that.
Warning: Illegal string offset 'ids' in \www\new\wp-content\plugins\resume-page\inc\gallery.php on line 14
2) I decided to settle with a themify theme. But here the issue is that the font doesn’t appear well with the Themify based themes. I have fixed it by customizing the CSS. But would like to report. The themes I checked are Themify’s parallax and itheme2(Freely available).
Hope you check them ??
]]>Hi,
I’m a beginner with worpress but I have some php/css skills.
I just downloaded the last version of WordPress, bought a themeforest theme (soundwave) and your plugin to make a resume page.
So, basically, I just want to integrate the page into my theme, because when i set it up (activate the resume plugin in the page), it just produce a totally blank page and I have no header no footer, nothing.
The author says “It also has a smart templating feature that let’s developers in the house easily override the template. Just drop it into your child theme, and mod away.” but I cannot figure out how I should do that. what should I drop and where I should drop it ?
Do I have to take some css and copy it somewhere ? or php maybe ? I’m lost, can you help me ? ??
Best regards,
Anthony
