I’m using the RestroPress plugin to manage online orders, and I want to adjust the range of available hours in the time selector. Currently, the selector shows options from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, but I would like it to start at 6:00 am and end at 10:00 pm in 30-minute intervals

Does it work well with Elementor ? I want to use it in my site with Elementor installed . Also does it offer shortcode to place it anywhere in the page ?

You need to update your plugin as it has a Paypal IPN issue

Someone please let me know if i am the only one, but I have configured ALL the appropriate PayPal settings except Paypal ID (I have no idea what Paypal ID is )

When i get orders that are paid for via paypal, They are marked as processing, not PAID, so i dont get the email notification and customer doesnt get the confirmation email

I think this is a plugin issue, as it works sometimes but othertimes it doesnt work

Please let me know if there is a fix for this, I pay premium yearly for this plugin and if this cant be solved i will need to find another plugin

Hi there, Just today someone ordered on my website, and paid with paypal but the payment status still says pending, and also im not getting an email confirming the order (i believe this is because it says pending, not PAID)

3 days ago when someone ordered via paypal (same payment method) it sent the email to me and also says PAID on the payment status.

I have the Paypal Identity token filled in, but not the Live API username, password and signature, do i need this??

Does anyone know why these orders only say pending when they have been paid into my paypal account? Im assuming im not getting the emails for this sent to me because the payment status says pending.

Is there an option to send me an email when the payment status is pending? Or is this not a good idea to do?

Hi folks, issue as per title.

It was working fine but after changing an order (initial screen) from delivery to pickup and back a few times it appears to have killed it. All new orders since are “undefined”.

Nothing in the log file pointimg to the issue. Have deleted and reinstalled to no avail.

Any ideas how to track, and fix, the problem? Pointers would be much appreciated.

Meant to mention, I also tried W3 Total Cache and subsequently uninstalled (and deleted the leftovers in the backend!) around the same time as this issue appeared but can’t see any residual settings anywhere from that plugin.

Everything works fine except for the Push Notifications of a new order on Android or IOS. I have enabled every permission to show notifications still nothing comes up on the new order. I am using an android tablet with chrome for order receiving.

I have Login/Register only as my option for checkout. When I reach the checkout page, I do have the options/buttons for Login or Register but when I click any of them the page just reloads and doesn’t redirect anywhere. I have created a new page (Register) with the shortcode [rpress_register] and a new page (Login) with the shortcode [rpress_login]. I have read previous threads related to this but haven’t been able to fix it with the info already provided. Thanks
