The instructions on using this plugin don’t match the plugin.
With a lot of trial and error a slider came up, but not as a header and far from responsive. Time waisted…. ??

At website load/refresh, all images stack up on each other and mess up the theme for a couple of seconds.
Still fighting with this trying up to fix their bad code, but I’m not far from deleting it. Absolutely ridiculous.

This plugin just wont work.

Very Nice plugin. I struggled to understand the fact that the image has to be entered as featured image and not using media button. Once I got this, it is very easy and can handle things well.

I followed the FREE DEMO link and the gallery shows thumbnail images on the bottom. After spending 20min installing and setting things up, the actual free version does not include thumnail images under the sliders.
I understand you gotta make money some how, not the way of bait and switch. Wasted my time.

This plugin is not much use does not do full width header not sure why.
And they don’t give support for any plugins so can’t even ask any questions.

I installed this slider. Using the readme, I was able to quickly get the default slider loaded in with the 3 test images adding the snippet to the header.php file. I was running into the same problem everyone else was having, I figured out where to put the shortcode but now how do I upload more images?
When you add images, it pulls the data from your site to populate the information based on the design you’re using. If you’re like me and you just want an image like design one, all you have to do is, add new image – which actually creates a post – give the post a title and add a featured image and then hit the publish button.
The slider feeds off of the featured image for each post. This might be obvious for some but it took me a couple of hours playing with it to figure it out. The rest of the settings work great, just plug it into the shortcode and voila! it all works great.
Note:
Default image size is 980 x 300.
Thanks for a great plugin!

I have no idea how to use this plug in. I tried pasting the short code in various places but none of them worked. Ultimately I’m probably just not going to have a slider in my header because none of the plug-ins make any sense. I don’t know what a header PHP files is and I don’t know why someone saying this is easy would assume that I know what that is.

Good: works responsively exactly like I want it to!
Point of improvements: add information on how to find and set settings in Dashboard. Alternative: combine image upload and slider settings.
Feature Request: include tick boxes allowing inclusion of navigation and pagination inside the header image rather than merely below as is the case now.
Thank you !

There are no instructions on how to use this plugin. There is a “View Help & Support” link but it goes to a sign-up page. One would think that if you’re going to release this on the official WP depository, then a basic instruction guide would be available. Very poorly done.

Was looking for a responsive slider inside my wordpress page and this simply did not work. You should include a video tutorial on how to use your plugin for this option, it doesn’t make sense, sorry.

I am a newby at WordPress and I was looking for a way to have a retina-ready graphic header (my theme only allowed me to install 800 pixel wide files). This plug-in is easy to install, easy to use, has simple adjustments, and takes high-res files so my header is sharp on all devices. I had a problem loading the images (not supported by my theme structure) but technical support was fast and professional and able to fix the problem in less than 24 hours, with additional help provided for further finessing. I highly recommend this plugin.

The functionality and options on this plugin are great, and the developer is quick to answer questions for those of us who are not as savvy with code. Highly recommend.

I was able to easily plop a slider header to my page. There are a few finer points I’m experimenting with but overall this plugin is getting the job done.

A real help for setting an image slider.
Professional and prompt support.

Simple header image slider – does what it is supposed to do: cycle through a set of images.
I’ve used it with the “is_home()” php function in the header.php file so that it only shows on the main page, and also modified the slide-speed by updating the js file directly (see the support forum for details if you’re interested in these tweaks).

It works just fine, but is too simple to use for my need. I would have at least liked to be able to adjust how long each image is displayed. I did see one quirk which caused all images on the page to “jiggle” when clicking the left/right arrows in this plugin.
