When I use the Reseller Plugin to add the product, “Domain Alert Pro Backorder” to my page, it shows the “Add to Cart” button and price twice for no apparent reason. Both buttons add the same product to the cart.

Also, when customers add the product to their cart the plugin sends customers to the site “DomainsPricedRight” instead of my reseller store. I have uninstalled & re-setup the plugin and tested in incognito mode with the same results.

When is the next update expected. It hasn’t been updated in 8 months.

We have the shortcode for our product on the page provided. We press add to cart which confirms it’s adding to the cart. When we visit the cart its always empty. Hasn’t worked for months. Not only that but the cart is now 123reg branded!

For the past week all of our traffic and sales are being sent to another reseller account. They have hacked our site/plugin. The site has our branding, but the sales go to a company called “Domains Priced Right”. All their info is listed in the admin section of the app, linking to their page. I deleted the app and reinstalled, linked to our Reseller account and it went straight back to “Domains Priced Right”.

I called GoDaddy Resellers support, waited 40 minutes and the guy from support disconnected me as soon as I told him the issue. BTW, it was the Asian support center. I have disabled the plugin but that’s not the answer. Now I know why our sales are off this month by about $3000, being stolen by Domains Priced Right!! Scammers!!

I’m not very happy, and the level of support is ZERO.

Is the plugin compatible with the Divi theme? I want to use Divi but do not see the plugins modules in the Divi builder. Is there a way to get them to load there? Or are there shortcodes/embed codes I can use to add these items to a divi module?

Is there a way to change the font color of the text and links on the page. Since I’m using blue for some of my pages the black text doesn’t look good (link to page above). Also your standard page format makes the links white so when I use a white background the links don’t show up. I use a product called Nicepage to develop websites and Nicepage has it’s own editor. So what I do to create my pages is this – I have a post that I use to change to the product I want, I switch to the code editor and copy the text there. I then go to the page where I want that product to go and paste the html into the Nicepage element designed for html. It’s tedious but it works.

I managed to communicate with the plugin development team on a more hands-on basis through Github.

It appears that the issue was due to a misconfigured firewall on Godaddy’s secureserver framework.

The development team have had this rolled-back. So the plugin is working again.

I would like people to check their installs and stores to check if the domain search now functions properly.

I plan to do some extensive tests over the coming weeks and check my own store, but I have high-hopes that this is a resolution.

I wanted to check again and be sure this plugin is still being maintained. Wordfence has identified this plugin as being abandoned because it has only been tested to v5.6.10 which stopped being supported almost two years ago.

When the reseller plugin is installed, and connected to my reseller account, I can’t view the Beaver Builder (page builder plugin) tab on the page editing screen, in order to edit the page content. It forces it into “text” mode. This seems to only happen when the plugin is connected to my reseller account. It looks like it’s been over two years since the reseller plugin has been updated… is it not supported anymore?

Hi, I have a big question can i use this plugin in 2 sites with the same reseller account and different languages? the idea is to have one in English and one in Spanish I would like to try it but it’s not letting me do much without login in and i don’t want to lose what i already have going on at the Spanish version

I just noticed the redirect to cart option does not work. It goes to the product page. Any idea what causes this???

I am working on a site locally. Using the Enfold theme with the Avia Builder.

The domain search bars are all messed up… so I have looked into the CSS.

Each Domain Search option is different. You have rstore-domain, rstore-domain-search, & rstore-domain-transfer.

Each one different CSS style classes are needed. I can get restore-domain-search to work easy… (I can find styles for it.) BUT…. Transfer & restore-domain I cannot figure out the style tree needed to change their styles. Only way that works of course is to override the direct element.

The elements I am alter of course are the input search-field & the button. Of course doing this affects all forms created on the site & that is not an ideal solution. Strange thing too is even adding .page-id-4848 is not sticking it to one page.

The footer form I get it may possibly pick up because it’s a page that shows under every page but form inside other pages still are affected despite use of the page-id class.

Would you happen to have an idea what the correct classes would be for those 2 widgets? I will add some inspection code…. in a reply.

i Have spent quite a while on this.

A) Listed products are priced to high, not only that the names (used in this linked page for example) do not even exist in my godaddy reseller dashboard, So where exactly is the plugin pulling them from?

B) The plugin has only loaded 75 products, and most by the looks are the most expensive one 90% of all the basic hosting packages are not there to use. website builder plans, etc.

For example, Nobody is going to pay me 70 bucks for crap business hosting, and the fact that not only do these product names not match ANY NAME in my reseller dashboard, but I can not even correlate prices because THE PRICES ARE HIGH AND WRONG.

I’m building my website with Elementor (not live yet) and adding just the Add to Cart button on my product pages.? Each button I add is always aligned to the?left as the default, however I cannot seem to find a way to easily change this. I can’t seem to edit this alignment from within the Reseller Store plugin or on my website pages without adding a bunch of padding to the left of the button.

I need to be able to easily change the alignment of the Add to Cart button to -center- on each product. It would be great if you could add this functionality to the Reseller Store plugin so one can choose left, right or center alignment on the product buttons more easily and quickly from within each product.

When a user goes to my main Web page, https://www.hotwebdomains.com, and logs in to the backend that’s fine. However, when a user clicks and goes back to the main domain name https://www.hotwebdomains.com they are logged out of the backend of the site, and they have to log in, again and again, this happens every time they navigate through the site that way, which happens a lot, and this is not a good user experience for the customer, and it makes it feel that the site is a scam or broken in some way.

Is there a way to keep the customer logged into the backend when they navigate back to the WordPress site and then back to the backend of the site again?

A simple cookie should be able to do that right? If not, can you please provide a solution to this issue. I wrote about this issue a year ago and nothing has changed.
