I wanted to add the Request Call back to my main sidebar and am stuck on this. Is there any easy and simple way to do this? I want to add the full form – not lightbox version. I have managed to do the css styling and have reduced the width to fit the sidebar.
I tried using “php code widget” plugin. I dragged this widget in to sidebar and put the code <?php do_action('wpcallback_button'); ?> in the widget. Did not work.

I’ve installed/activated your plugin on WordPress 4.0 and added to my site using shortcode.
If I test the form I don’t actually receive the email and can’t see why? Any idea’s? Other plugins/shortcode that generate emails on my site seem to be working OK so I can’t see that this is a server issue.

I love the functionality of this plugin but the only issue is the default font color for the data input by the visitor into the form fields is gray
and the field boxes are a darker gray – so it is very difficult to see what your typing.
Any ideas?

This is a great idea and I’m just experimenting with it on a site I’m editing on the Genesis framework.
Just wondering if you’d have any recommendations on how to get the button to appear as a permanent fixture in the wp nav menu at the top – I’ve experimented with placing <?php do_action(‘wpcallback_button’); ?> in header.php but the positioning isn’t ideal, so hoping this might be an option.

I want to insert this form on multiple pages. Is there embed code I can use to do that? I’d also like to be able to have an image next to the form since it doesn’t run the full width of my page, but right now I can only get it underneath.
I’d prefer not to use Lightbox, but if that’s my only option, I only want it on certain pages, so I’d need to be able to attach it to a button or widget and I know that doesn’t work with the Text Widget. I appreciate your help in setting this up.
