Ive tried several methods now to disable this link and none of them have worked including this plugin

I’m proudly using Remove Tools Menu 1.2,
but I need to de-activate it for “viewing the media library” while “insert media to post” inside “add new post”.
The media library is totally blank, like described in this thread:

Give a look into it for possible mistakes / solutions.
