Are you planning to make your plugin High-Performance Order Storage HPOS compatible?

I am unable to lower the extra products limit below 20. Since the store only has a bit over 100 products in it, when this plugin randomly picks 5 or so related products out of 20, they tend to not be very closely related because only about 5 or fewer products are related. Is there a way to set the extra products limit below 20, or better yet, toggle it on/off?

Hi! Could you please tell if it’s possible to display category related products(same category products) first and only then tag related products.
Now it’s like 1 mixed queue and I need cat related first and then tag related. Thanks!!
Ps I wander about tag priority too, like I got a tag which is responsible for the labels only, not topic related, but if I exclude it, then category with that tag only won’t show up. But the priority would be perfect
Psps basically that is an order question, but ordering by external input of products – based on cats and tags, not by internal meta of products

I recently downloaded your plugin and enabled the “relate by tag” option, but the related products section is pulling random products or not displaying at all. I don’t have any other “relate by” options checked, or any other options selected that could confuse the system.

I had to comment, in v1.5.0, this line 113 to avoid elementor’s widget to be loaded. Otherwise, I can’t edit pictures anymore.

Details:

1. I click on Media/Libray link. The media list loads.
2. In the list, I click on “Edit” link of a picture. The page loads, the picture is displayed.
3. Under thispicture, i clik on “Edit Image”. Ajax reloads the picture, but I get a “void” picture .

If I check the HTML source code, I can try to load the img content inside the div.imgedit-crop-wrap. Some thing like /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=imgedit-preview&_ajax_nonce=1234&postid=5678&rand=91011 but then I get a clean WordPress error message: picture can’t be loaded because it contains errors.

• Related Products Manager for WooCommerce v1.5.0
• Woocommerce 5.4.1
• Elementor 3.2.5

Hi all,

The grid layout in the WordPress media library seems to break with the upgrade from 1.4.4 to 1.5.0 when combined with Elementor.

Tested by disabling all plugins except Elementor (3.2.5) & Woocommerce (5.4.1) on WordPress 5.7.2

Has anyone else seen this issue?

After your last update (Version: 1.5.0) I have many problems on my website!
When I update the posts and click on save, I got blank side. Same problem when I unactivate or remove the plugins.
Conteng Egg modules 301 redirects stop to work. All redirects is with blank site.
I needed to unactivate your plugin, and it’s a shame, because I realy need it.
I hope you will fix the problem.

With your plugin, when enabling the option “Relate by category”, products shown in the related products section on a product page have no relation to the same category. Is it not supposed to be products from the same category?

How do I display only those products that have the same product tags and categories and, in addition, belong to the same author?

For example, today it displays all products that have the same product tags, but it does not filter by displaying only those that are in the same category.

Is it possible to force the plugin to pull recommendations from the primary category? It appears when pulling related products based on the category that the plugin is pulling from the top level category. I have sub-categories. The lowest level sub-category is usually the primary category. How can I make it pull from the primary category?

I have custom related products added to certain products in a category but using the order by price doesn’t seem to work, I’ve tried to play around with all the settings in the plugin and nothing seems to work. Not even the amount of products displayed or the columns.

I have deleted all transients and that did nothing. Not sure what to do next, any ideas?

Installed and get a fatal error on all languages others than default…

I’m looking to show related categories in my product information – similar to the way that related products is shown but with showing the link to the category archive instead of individual products.

For example, on a Wash Trough product the related categories would be “Taps” and “Mirrors” and would display the links to these on the product page.

Is this possible with your plugin?

I recently bought your Related Products Manager Pro for WooCommerce plugin and it works fine.

I use it to display products by global attribute. But I want to display related products by subcategories in addition to this. Apart from that. Other words I need separate block of related products wich will display products by subcategory.

Please suggest how I can do it?
