The Reverb service is fine, offers good suggestions and brings in decent traffic, but this WP plugin is rather terrible. The “Settings” do nothing more than offer an excessive menu item taking up space on my admin sidebar and button to redirect you to the Reverb site, which doesn’t offer any settings that might be useful to your WP install, even something as simple as customizing the location of the output is impossible. On top of all that it rather ignorantly injects <article> tags around post content not taking into account HTML5 semantics or pre-existing document structure. I’ll be using the JS code from now on most likely …

I like the fact that the work is all done on the Wordnik servers. I have been using the plugin since its release and it has definitely increased the number of clicks & kept users on my site.
Minor issue (could be considered a benefit).. few options.

It goes through my old posts, suggests them to readers and they find posts that they may not have otherwise seen since I posted them months back. It also generates a nice looking table on your main page, and that’s always nice.

Wonderful plugin, keeps visitors on my blog for a longer period of time as they click through suggested posts. Thank you!

Wordnik works great. Definitely one of very few good and working choices out there when it comes to displaying the related content for your WordPress powered blog.

Love this plugin, easy to setup and it’s really been helping with my bounce rate. A breath of fresh air from all of the other cookie-cutter, related content plugins!

I’ve tried several related posts plugins, but this one is my absolute favorite! It’s very contextual and spot on.
There are a couple of small improvements I’d love to see in future updates, but they aren’t at all critical.

Not only has Wordnik been a great company to work with, delivering on everything they promise, but their plugin has tremendously helped my SEO. I am now seeing links to my site from a lot of other related blogs using Wordnik.

It’s a fun plugin to extend the time users spend on your site. Also has the ability to refer users to related blogs around the web. In general, I think it helps strengthen the amount of time users interact with your content, and it makes your blog more content-rich, which is a plus!

Gives great recommendations. It just sometimes doesn’t show an image for the blog post, mostly it does though.

After installing this plugin, i’ve received a lot of recommendations and clicks.
I will keep this plugin, there’s nothing negative about it as far as i can see.
Fits the style of my blog, too. ??

After trying out several other Related Content Plugins including sliders, Wordnik Related Content Plugin came in more than handy. Our blogs are historical in nature and our articles rely heavily on our content’s archives. The other plugins were just full of bugs, I guess, or lacked precision in reaching “way back” into our archives. Wordnik Related Content Plugin crawls way back into our articles. Also, it is clean looking and easy to use both for the many readers we get on the blog but also for the web master. Very easy to install and it’s easy on your resources. Wordnik also provides a timely statistical report. We’re extremely pleased with it and we’re a Wordnik fan for keeps! I recommend all serious bloggers to give it a try.

The Related Content by Wordnik plugin is great because it is easy to install and customize. It works just as described. It’s easy to customize for your blog. And, in my experience, whether you’re using a pre-made theme or your own theme (I use my own, FYI), it’ll integrate nicely and seamlessly. Most importantly, the plugin does an excellent job of providing related content to encourage your readers to click around and spend a little more time on your blog. ??

Their related content theme matches with the theme of the blog.
It does not offend to the reader.
And it keeps the customer hooked to you, by showing relalted contents at the bottom.
I have seen increase in my readership with this.

This plugin gave my readers links to similar articles on my site, and they stayed on my site longer. I was also able to find other bloggers like me and comment on their posts. This is a great plugin, worth using!

I tried this for about a month and I really liked it so far. I liked that it gave readers 3 options of related content similar to the post they are reading. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add either an image or more of a description next to each title.

After some initial hiccups with setup, the Wordnik Related Content plugin worked fairly well. The ‘related content’ was occasionally a little random, and like some other posters, it sometimes had trouble finding images to display with the content.
I ultimately removed it as I already had some very good related content tools working on the site.
